Due to work & kids, I don't have the time to go to the gym 3-4 times a week for 1+ hours each trip. But the results I've seen from going to one 30 minute session a week at Practical Fitness for the past 3 months has been amazing. Increased muscle mass, lower body fat %, and I feel better.

Last year I never would have guessed that going to the gym would be something I look forward to, but now it's one of my favorite parts of the week. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and have helped me not only with my fitness goals in the gym, but with my weight loss goals outside it as well. There is a strong emphasis on safety during training, so I am comfortable pushing my limits without worrying about hurting myself. 30 minutes a day, twice a week is the perfect time commitment for me, and I am very happy with the results I have seen.

This is the workout program if you want to get fit. Or recover from lack of use due to surgery or whatever reason. Elderly who want to live a stronger, longer life.

It has been 9 months. Wish I knew how much better I would be if I had found this program sooner. My Primary Doctor and a physical therapist wanted to know who I was seeing. This therapy should be required for anyone who young looking for a cut program, middle age wanting to get into shape or Luke me, older and have had multiple issues. Or, like my husband, a golfer wanting to keep playing on a tournament level. Thank you to all the personal trainers who got me here. I'm blessed.

I joined Practical Fitness to achieve some fitness goals before my wedding. I am happy to report that because of PF I have been able to achieve exactly what I wanted! I have become more lean, decreased my body fat percentage, and have much more definition through my arms, back, and legs. Aside from the great 30 minute workouts I received excellent guidance from Colton on nutrition.

I have always been a "if I'm not drenched in sweat by the end of a workout I didn't work out" kind of girl and so when I started with PF I was definitely a bit skeptical. I can definitely say that PF will leave you sore the next day and that their approach is effective. Consider my mind changed!
