We believe in delivering safe, practical, and effective exercise tailored to each person. We do this through the Steadypace® technique—a strength-training protocol designed to progressively tax the body via the active engagement of the neuromuscular system.

ALL EXERCISES ARE 100% MUSCLE-LED AND THERE IS NO MOMENTUM INVOLVED. This ensures an extremely effective and safe workout that you only need to execute for 30 minutes, once or twice a week, to achieve amazing results.

From the moment you walk in the door, the space is yours (down to the music playlist!) and your trainer is focused only on you.

I have been coming here for over 3 year's and, as I am approaching my 60th birthday, I have never been in better shape in my life- thanks to Practical Fitness! Holly is a tremendous trainer. She is so knowledgeable about fitness for any age (our son also works out here too) and is able to fine tune your form in real time - to not only protect you- but to also maximize results!
