Dear Precision Gymnastics,

I am a concerned parent at Precision Gymnastics and am writing to address a serious issue that affects many families: the constant turnover of coaches. The level of inconsistency is unacceptable and is negatively impacting the athletes’ progress, confidence, and overall experience.

Families and athletes deserve stability. Frequent coaching changes create stress for children who should feel supported and secure in this program.

I would like to know:
1.    What is being done to improve staff retention and coaching consistency?
2.    What steps will be taken to ensure athletes are not left in constant uncertainty?
3.    When can we expect to see changes?

I am requesting a response within the next 7 days with a clear plan to resolve this issue. If these concerns are not addressed, many families may have to reconsider whether this is the right environment for their children. I will not hesitate to inform other parents about this matter, however, I will say there are numerous of appearance that agree with me about this matter.

This message is not intended to harm Precision Gymnastics, but rather to demand the level of stability and professionalism that athletes deserve.

I love Coach Marie! She was so sweet to my friend’s daughter in the Master's class. I came because I’m thinking of putting my daughter in gymnastics and wanted to see what Precision’s about. Sold me on enrolling her here! I loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of the gym! Coach Marie’s coaching is quite entertaining! She’s very expressive and engages with the girls. I can tell the girls are never bored because my friend's daughter was sad that the time went by so fast. I’ve seen the other coaches coach and they are pretty good as well. Can’t wait to enroll my daughter!!!!Just waiting for soccer practices to end.🤩

My kids love to come here. The staff is very friendly and attentive. However, I wish I could say that about all the coaches. The bigger kids instructors are great, but the toddlers usually have 2 younger women that alternate, and they are most of the time absent. I watched the little ones by themselves, having difficulties doing some of the exercises. While the coach was staring off and standing like a mummy. If you feel sick or do not have the patience, do something else. ( this is during homeschool gymnastics )

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the management team, specifically Arlene and upper management, at Precision Gymnastics. While my son’s class was unfortunately discontinued, I was truly impressed by how professionally and thoughtfully the situation was handled. The communication from the management team was clear and timely, keeping us informed every step of the way.
They made sure to explain the reasons behind the class cancellation and worked diligently to offer alternative options, demonstrating their commitment to providing a great experience for their students. Ultimately, none of the alternative options worked for us, so we will no longer be attending Precision Gymnastics, but we wish them the best of luck in their business moving forward.

We absolutely love precision! My daughter started out in homeschool classes and fell in love with gymnastics. The only reason we are leaving is because my daughter wants to attend twice a week (thanks to precision) but there aren’t enough classes after 4pm available at her age. The coaches are so kind and welcoming. We’ve worked with Dani (in my daughter’s voice “coach Dani gives the BIGGEST HUGS!”), Ashley, Allison, Kila (sorry if I Misspelled any names and those I missed) and all of them have been absolutely awesome with her. I really appreciate them pouring into her the way they have during her time there. I am always there during classes but would feel absolutely safe stepping away while she’s in their care, and I don’t trust anyone easily with my children.

My daughter has been going to the Homeschool sessions for a couple of months now. She has learned so much and has so much fun! Today, when she wasn't getting it (full transparency, she's probably not going to be an olympic gymnast), her coach cared enough to explain the exact movements and body positions and why they were important for safety. After the grown up explanation, she got it! She is so proud of her accomplishments in gymnastics. She loves her coaches and has had only positive interactions with the other students. The parent waiting room is fabulous with a large window so we can see everything that is happening in the gym, comfy couches, and tables with outlets for working while we wait. The ladies who check us in are always friends and make us feel like they care that we are there. The coaches memorized my daughter's name the minute she walked in and have remembered it every time. They make her feel important and valued. I am so glad we found Precision! It is the perfect fit for my daughter, and the price is the perfect fit for my pocketbook!

A+ We held a children's birthday party here, and it was amazing! We had the whole place to ourselves, everyone was super friendly, they let us set up a bit early, asked my child to choose the music for their party, and so much more!

They scheduled 2 staff just to help with the party-and help they did! They had a positive attitude, led the kids in engaging activities, helped us decorate, serve, and they did all the clean up. My child loved it. We are so glad we celebrated our birthday Precision Gymnastics!

If you are considering a party here, I think you should stop thinking and book it here.

Owner Bill is very unprofessional and rude and disrespectful to parents in open settings and via social media outlets and etc. Gym is unclean and outdated. Owners are unorganized and spills over to the gymnastics effectiveness and staff. Bill is unprofessional and rude to his own staff. Beware you pay for what you get there's a reason they are cheaper than other gymnastics facilities, cheap is not always better.

This review is for the wrestling program. My son has really enjoyed going to wrestling once a week. He loves the coach who has really good positive energy and my son seems to be gaining confidence as the weeks progress. Most of all my son just loves going which says all you need to know.

The process was quick and easy to get my kids signed up for their free trail class and enrollment. All staff members were helpful, friendly and professional. My kid’s LOVED their first sessions and can’t wait to go back! Wrestling instructor Shon was enthusiastic and encouraging thruout my son’s session. My very reserved daughter said the tumbling instructor Sebastian was “soooo fun!”, proof that he was able to build rapport with her very quickly.

I would not recommend Precision if you care about the safety of your kids. Lack of supervision and also not very clean.

Response- Your response is another red flag for parents to look elsewhere. Very unprofessional response, so thank you for that. I have no reason to come on here and lie. I am just trying to warn other parents before they enroll there little ones at your facility. There are multiple reviews saying the place is not very clean and lacks supervision so maybe you need take a look around. Maybe learn to accept criticism and use it to improve in the areas that are lacking at your facility instead of arguing. Good luck to you.

Parents go ahead and sign up for a free trial and see for yourself that these reviews are 100% accurate. I wish I would have listened before enrolling my little one.

“Coach” Jordan specifically is the WORST. Please keep your precious little ones away from this evil person! I would barely call her a coach because all she does is stand around and look clueless. She wants to be black so bad but screams and puts down black kids! Correcting and teaching a child is one thing but screaming and making them cry is another! Staff did the bare minimum to rectify the situation instead of making her apologize like a woman. She instead gave me death stares and created tension like the child she is making me and my child very uncomfortable. And to top that staff allowed her to be SICK around the kids!!! She’s a pitiful excuse for a human being and doesn’t deserve the privilege to be around peoples kids AT ALL!

I wanted to love this place but unfortunately there were issues with safety. They had doors open inside the gym and my 4 year old daughter ran outside the gym into the parking lot on more than one occasion so we had to quit coming. It seems like the class size is too large for the little kid classes and the coaches weren’t able to properly supervise. The coaches were always very kind and willing to work with my daughter but the safety issues were unacceptable.

My daughter's LOVE this gym! They are 3 and 5, and part of the homeschool group that meets 3 times a week for 2 hour increments. The price is amazing for any other gym type place that I had researched. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because the is one worker, a man who usually is at the front desk, and he has a bit of an attitude it seems. All the time. I get it, my husband has a 24/7 rude/rugged attitude, but for someone working there front of a store, a little more southern hospitality would go a LONG way. Other than that, great family and facility!

We love Precision Gymnastics, my daughter has been going for 2 years. We thought we liked the homeschool gym until they decided to hire sexist men to help with what is mostly girls in the homeschool gym class. A girl got kicked in the face and the guy leading her group said, "Well, the problem is you're a girl". What? My daughter wasn't sure she heard him right so asked the young girl who got kicked in the face and she told her what she heard. So sad that there are people like this sending messages to the young girls there that "they are problems". It doesn't matter what he meant or if he actually said that or not, that is what the girls heard. We were thinking about starting evening classes, but not now. So long.

This place will teach proper gymnastics to kids that want to learn. They have fun and there is a clear family feeling in the building. This is not our first attempt at introducing gymnastics to our youngest but it is the first place that challenged her to advance. Took our kids here last night. They were having a 4 hour Friday night out event. When we came to pick up our 4 boys one of my son's eyes were stolen and his 3 brothers watched him cry the entire time he was there. Did we get a phone call saying somethings wrong absolutely not. The icing on the cake is we were told he didn't cry at all. Until we got there. Don't take your kids find a better place with responsible caretakers not teenagers watching your kids.
