I can't say enough about the incredible experience I've had at Present Day Yoga. Not only has this studio helped me regain my range of motion after a sports injury, but they also offer an exceptional Kids Yoga program that has made a positive impact on my family's well-being.
After my sports injury, I was struggling with limited mobility and discomfort. Present Day Yoga came to the rescue. Dehvon Davies has such a fresh approach to Yin Yoga. It was very accessible and gentle. I experienced her teaching at a workshop and hired her to create a private experience for myself and my girlfriends. It was wonderful.

I knew this would be good.. but it was even better than I’d expected. This was my first time doing yoga of any kind. Dehvon made the entire experience so comfortable. The environment, her soothing voice, and the poses she introduced me to - it was all extremely impactful. Definitely doing it again soon.

I want to give a shoutout to Reiki Master Dehvon Davies! She spoke about the benefits of Yin Yoga at our Belonging Mental Health Awareness Meeting then lead us into breathing exercises and techniques we all could do when feeling stressed in the workplace...it was phenomenal!! So much so, we scheduled a class for our associates next week! I highly recommend her!

One of Dehvon's posts on social media sparked my interest, and at the end of it was an invitation to try energy coaching as a treatment to help heal certain adverse emotional and spiritual experiences. I had never heard of energy coaching before, but decided to give it a try. It turned out to be an amazing and helpful experience and such a great supplement to mental health therapy.
I really needed that energy coaching session because I tend to try to overanalyze my emotions rather than feel them; energy coaching helped me to experience my emotions in a way that wasn't scary or off-putting. Now I see emotions as energies that I can work with, whereas before I would avoid emotions by overanalyzing or suppressing them or by labeling emotions as good or bad.
Even several weeks after my session, I love referencing the report she generated for me for my elemental energy breakdown. It's got specific meditations and journal prompts on it to help increase or decrease certain elemental energies based on the results of a quiz she provides. From my experience, the meditations really work in helping to adjust my energy and emotions... so cool!!!
Thank you Dehvon for the work you do. You helped heal my brain during the darkest period of my adult life.

Dehvon provided me with a spiritual cleansing that was authentic and beautiful. Her spirit flows with yours in a way that your minds seem connected. She follows you through your emotions, reminding you of what you are grateful for. During a moment of despair, she played as my doctor and handed me my baby, Zaria, for the first time. I cried with joy just as I did when I first held Zaria in my arms. We laughed, we prayed, talked about the many blessings God provides, and my body was energized and balanced through yoga. She incorporates reiki into her healing practice. I could feel her delicate movements around me as I meditated in every position.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is having a hard time, to those that need to recharge spiritually, those wanting a good belly laugh, a cleansing cry, or you just need understanding, Dehvon is more than capable of delivering.

I booked a private online yin yoga session with Dehvon. My joints and tissues in my hips were so tight it was getting hard to sleep at times. Dehvon is patient and never makes you feel rushed. She truly believes in helping others heal. I would definitely book with her again!

My first experience with Day was absolutely incredible. I had not had reiki done in 5 years so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect but her knowledge and compassion made me so comfortable. I had a rough year emotionally and let me just tell you her combination of yin yoga mixed with reiki was a complete game changer! I left feeling SO light and invigorated and so comforted in my vulnerability. It felt really nice to move my body as she moved my energy. I’m still feeling the relief days after. Day is the real deal and an absolutely incredible soul source and I’ll definitely be back for a follow up session. ❤️

I’m new to yoga, and as a person who doesn’t usually “relax” I was worried I would fumble my way through our session. I internalize my stress and anxiety and really had no idea how yin yoga could help me. Dehvon’s calming voice, guided imagery and reassurance throughout our time together made me feel like I was exactly where I needed to be. With each session, my body and heart are lighter-feeling energy in parts of myself I wasn’t aware of. True therapy.

I'm lucky to have come across Dehvon Davies. She alleviated me from terrible physical pain, which I endured for the last 40 years. The pain in my neck and back have been so unbearable. Best Trauma Release Therapy Ever!
Day Davies guided me so gently through our session and most importantly she was extremely patient, educational and so compassionate. I’m so grateful for my experience with Present Day Yoga, I left feeling upright and free. Ive been experiencing a lighter heart since.
I encourage you to try this form of therapy for your self care regimen, the membership is worth it.

This service is highly transformative. If you have tension on your body or pain that seems to not go away no matter what you try, this could be the solution for you. The Yin yoga opens up the deeper parts of the body (the joints and ligaments and fascia) and brings about amazing levels of relaxation and pain relief over the entire body. After only 3 times of doing yoga with Present Day, I am a firm believer in the healing aspects of this form of training and I want to make it a part of my regular practice.
