Our proprietary style of individualized group training workouts allows for strength, muscle, and endurance based on client goals without needing steady state cardio. We prevent and correct injuries by incorporating physical therapy and teaching proper joint mechanics within every workout.
In our youth athletic program, regardless of age from elementary through high school, the biggest improvement our athletes see is when we prioritize the fundamentals. Our athletic program focuses on perfecting body mechanics, muscle activation, strength, and conditioning. Nothing fancy, only progress.

Prestige Strength Fitness is more than just a gym โ itโs a true community that supports you from day one. Iโve been training here for 3 months, 5 days a week, and each workout focuses on different muscle groups to keep the progress steady and balanced.

Personal instruction in a small group setting. Plenty of equipment to go around. A structured workout that changes every month. The instructors are always looking out for injury, and at the same time make sure you are continue to challenge yourself. Classes of all ages (some old people like me lol). Age doesnโt matter!

Prestige Strength Fitness is THE place to workout in Houston, TX. If you havenโt tried this place out you are missing out. Each workout has been meticulously curated. Every exercise is intentional and has a purpose. Stephen, Ronnie, Katie, and Jamie are extremely knowledgeable and provide a family like feel as soon as you step foot into the gym. I have never went to a gym with such sound programming and nutrition management. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

This was my FIRST day there after having a Hour Long Empathetic Conversation with Clark and I Wasn't Disappointed when I Showed up to the Friendly Atmosphere if the Gym.
My Love is for Unorthodox Lifting and the HUGE Amenity of this Gym is the Knowledge & Passion that is Pouring out of the Owner Steven and his Coaches Clark, Roni and Others. They can have a Meaningful Conversation with Knowledge and that is RARE.
After my Session for an Hour was up Steven took extra time to Educate me on ALL of my Injuries for an Extra Hour and a Half Which I knew nothing about, it Humbled me Greatly.
This in itself Trumps ANY GYM in Houston and that by itself made me Loyal Right off the Bat. ๐ช
I Recommend anyone Invest their Health into these Amazing Men if you want Serious Corrections and Guidance to a Stronger you !!!

Excellent, skilled trainers covering all topics including nutrition and recovery. The trainers provide real education! Since joining almost six years ago, Iโve had tremendous improvements in strength and mobility and am virtually pain-free from past injuries. They offer a variety of programs: strength and conditioning, power lifting, body building, and my personal favorite Strongman! They even offer yoga and customize programs specific to your goals.

Iโve worked out at Prestige for 3 years. Stephen offers both group and individual workout programs: body building and power lifting. Group workouts change daily. There is a strong focus on stretching and foam rolling which has helped prevent injuries and help with flexibility. Stephen is excellent at injury prevention and helping you recover from a lingering injury, if you are a willing participant. His continual research on cutting edge theories regarding fat loss, weight gain, strength gains and flexibility, show a real commitment to getting his clients the best results possible. Diet and nutrition help is also available. Nice people with great attitudes in this gym.

After having tried a variety of other group classes, including CrossFit, I was so happy to find PSF! Stephen is a great coach - supportive and motivating. I feel pushed to do my best, but I never feel shamed for having a not-so-great day. He knows his stuff - about physiology, fitness, nutrition, you name it. I feel stronger and more confident with maneuvering heavy things (ie. packing and moving!) after having spent the past year at PSF. I'm living in CO for 6 months for work and have not found anything that comes close to that gym. I can't wait to get back to Houston so I can start my days off with PSF again!

I did CrossFit for 2 years and was really looking for a change. I suffered from some minor injuries and was kind of over the heavy lifting. That's where Stephen/Prestige came in. One of my favorite things about Prestige/Stephen is that he's an Exercise Physiology major. He does a lot of continuing education and it isn't just a one time certification. He truly knows the ins and outs of the human body and musculature. I really like that he is willing scale every single aspect of the workout. The workout is different everyday. I had so many holes in my CrossFit workouts, and now I know why. I have thoroughly enjoyed the workouts so far, I'm not crazy sore each day and I get a great workout. I would highly recommend Prestige Strength Fitness to anyone looking for a good workout and a healthier lifestyle.

The first time in my adult life that I've been to the gym 3-5 times per week! The workout classes are challenging but I go at my own pace (I started pretty much as a 56-year-old couch potato.) I've had gym memberships where I usually ended up on the elliptical and some weights (no real focus and boring) or paid a personal trainer (expensive). Prestige Strength is a group workout program with Stephen overseeing the group. My strength and flexibility have improved markedly and a year later I'm still challenged by the workouts and am in the best shape since my early 20's.

Prestige is the best gym I have ever found. Stephen offers great advice and guidance for all levels of fitness with a weight based workout program. You get plenty of individual attention to ensure you are doing the exercises properly but in a group setting. If you like workout classes, this program provides that type of experience.
I noticed significant improvement in my overall fitness level. After working out at Prestige regularly for 4-5 months, my family took a skiing vacation. I skied better, faster, and stronger on that trip than before I had kids! It has been wonderful for my everyday, and not so everyday, activities to be easier and more fun since working out at Prestige!

Stephen is possibly the best instructor out there! I have been a client of his since December 2011 and I do not intend on EVER going anywhere else. When I leave the gym, I always feel a great sense of accomplishment and pride. I have lost several inches from all areas of my body and notice that I have a ton more energy and confidence. Every day the workout is completely different. You will never see the same workout twice. Since you do not see the same workout twice, there is no chance for you to get burned out and no excuse for you to not go to the gym. Thank you Stephen for the killer workouts!! YOU ROCK!!!
