Kyle is the best! I’m a runner and always dreaded strength workouts. Plus, doing weights at the gym was intimidating. Kyle has given me so much confidence and made lifting weights fun. Most of all, I’m seeing amazing results in my running, posture, and overall fitness. Kyle is friendly, down to earth, encouraging, and honestly wants to help people. Highly recommend!!

I have always been going to the gym my whole life but ever since I have started with training with Kyle, I feel like my efficiency and knowhow of proper workout has increased drastically. Not only he teaches you how to workout properly and safely, he will also teach you values of propert nutrition and other recoveries that are essential to your workout journey. I feel more motivated to bring myself to the gym in addition to the training I do with Kyle and I definitely see the result. I would recommend training with Kyle to anyone who values both physical and mental health.

Great experience with Kyle. I found him knowledgeable and very encouraging. Compared to a big gym where you see trainers that seem bored with clients. Certainly not the case with him. He gets really involved in your exercises. He has a great sense of humor and always greets you with a smile. Kyle is a genuine person. His gym is clean and well appointed.

Can’t say enough about Kyle. I’ve worked with several trainers over the years, all of which were very good. But Kyle is great. He pushes me big time (which I want) but isn’t unrealistic. He knows his stuff and helps with the whole package-fitness, strength, nutrition. I particularly like the way he didn’t nag/pressure/shame me into the nutrition aspect and gave me the time and space I needed to get my head there in my own time. And now I’m starting to get all the pieces in place. Then! because I have a grip issue from an old left hand injury, he bought special hand-grip straps to stop the weights slipping out of my hand which totally solved the problem! He also does race events during race season which is way fun! And on top of all that, he has a great personality. Just awesome!

Prevail Fitness is the most down to Earth place to get personal training in the Flower Mound area. I definitely recommend Prevail to work on fitness and nutrition goals- Kyle is extremely approachable and easy to talk to. Really can’t recommend Prevail enough.

My search for a good personal trainer near me ended when I joined Prevail Personal Fitness. Kyle is one of the best personal training coaches in Flower Mound Texas he believes in helping his clients achieve their fitness goals without resorting to any kind of fad diets. He focuses on helping his clients overcome their mental and physical blocks by guiding them through different types of exercises. I have seen tremendous results and highly recommended if you’re looking for a personal trainer.

I couldn’t be happier with Kyle as my trainer and have had nothing but a positive experience working with him. He is very knowledgeable, extremely positive, down-to-earth, and knows how to keep me motivated. I enjoy the smaller-scale environment in his gym and the personal attention I receive from working one-on-one with him. Our workouts are one of the highlights of my day, as he makes training fun.
When we started, Kyle took the time to fully understand my goals and customize a plan of action with routines and nutrition specifically designed to meet my needs. I’ve been training with him for just a couple months now, and have already seen significant results with changes in my body composition. Outside of the gym, he’s always accessible and responsive to questions and additional guidance I may need.
Beyond just training, Kyle honestly cares about the people he works with. He is very personable and enjoyable to chat with to keep things positive and down to earth. We’ve developed a friendship and I always look forward to catching up with him every session.

I have been training with Kyle for over 2 years. I currently train 3 times per week with him. I am so grateful for the transformation both mentally and physically Kyle has helped me achieve. No challenge is too great when you have support and a professional helping you plan and execute. He is professional, accountable, vastly knowledgeable, personable, driven, and 100% focused on his clients. He teaches form and technique. He has coordinated and helped me complete new weight PRs, obstacle course races and 20+ mile weighted rucks. He coordinates challenges, tracks PRs, digitally logs workouts and progress for access anytime, holds me accountable to sleep, nutrition, and muscle recovery. I cannot recommend Prevail and Kyle enough. From the start Kyle sat down with me to discuss what I am looking to get out of personal training and share his health and fitness philosophies. It’s not only about lifting weights to prepare for bikini season (though there is plenty of that), we focus on health and well-being through a lifestyle lens. Time in the gym is meant to support overall fitness - get stronger, have more energy, increase confidence, be proud of yourself and what you have accomplished. The accountability and support of a personal trainer cannot be overstated.
