About the Club

I am a certified personal trainer and my goal is to help you reach the physical heights you desire! I train all age groups and body types. Women, kids, Men, and young athletes. I can train any age from 8-80 to be their best. I specialize in kickboxing/Muay Thai/boxing and also sports training, weightlifting, kettlebell training, cardiovascular/marathon training. We are all capable of great things, whether you've been an athlete your whole life or haven't worked out in years, you still have the potential to increase your physical fitness and wellness.

Rex's training has a never quit, always positive, get after it style. I struggle with building habits and creating consistency around the gym in a big way and Rex was able to push me with a soft touch that is kind, understanding and encouraging. He is passionate about what he does and that made learning about fitness and nutrition (he works with you on that too) not only fun but exciting when I started seeing results. Rex gave me a great foundation for kickstarting a workout routine from absolute zero β€” would highly recommend him to anybody starting out on their fitness journey or anyone needing a little bit more structure in their training.

Rex trained me for almost two years at my home gym. He customized a program to fit my goals based on the equipment I have at my home. I really love how he designed the workouts as a mixture of weight/strength training and metabolic conditioning. He does a great job keeping track of progress and can easily make adjustments as goals evolve. He is extremely professional and a really nice guy! My dog even follows his workout routine (pictured)! I very highly recommend Rex. He will help you meet your goals!

Rex is professional and knowledgeable coach, he focuses on strength training and body re-composition through the personalized training plan and nutrition coaching. He is a good communicator and explains the reasoning behind his recommendations, which taught me a lot about health and fitness in the 12 weeks that I have been training with him.
