Ben helped me out tremendously. He worked with me and helped me get everything squared away. Love the gym and equipment I remember it being some of my best lifts. This gym really cares about its people and will help them in any way possible. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in Lubbock.

the Gym is subpar, Broken Equipment, No showers, No locker Rooms, really no amenities other than restrooms, this location is outdated, equipment seems to break routinely, their team is slow to repair, the thing I enjoyed was it being 24/7, but that alone did not justify the cost, since leaving I have begun my journey else where paying the same price and also gaining so much more for my money. the best part is having reliable equipment, and locker rooms to change in.

Its an okay gym, old equipment which is breaking. I believe it needs a major update. Canceled and started to go to trufit, same price and so much more for your money.

I absolutely love the Pro Fitness south location. The weight lifting equipment is amazing. If I absolutely had to provide a critique, it would be that I wish we had more of a selection of stationary bikes. The ones here are a little on the older side, but that would be the only critique. This is truly an amazing gym and I don’t see myself ever having the need or desire to look for another. The staff is amazing and even the members are great. It is for people serious about their fitness journey. I have yet to experience having to wait on equipment because of a member who does one set and then spends the rest of their time on their phone. People come here, do their thing and keep it moving. I love it here.

I got a membership here because they were claiming to have a newer/bigger one next door by 2024. they’re haven’t even STARTED. the bathrooms are shared and there’s no locker rooms which us disgusting. they always have out of order machines that never get fixed. the final straw is when they got an unnecessary cable machine that takes up the entire turf in the turf room. zach’s club is calling my name

Had a gym membership here and all I can say is this is probably the worst gym I've ever seen. Most of the equipment is broken and unusable, the other machines are so rickety you think you're going to break it just by using it. The A/C is currently out and you start sweating as soon as you step in. There is no form of organization going on and there are dumbells everywhere and holes in walls. The water fountains dont even work. The emloyees just watch videos all day and the outdoor portion is just three random machines that dont do anything. The photos are not accurate and you would be better off going to crunch or pretty much anywhere else. Also they say they are planning on building a new gym but last time I was there I didnt see any fencing or any indication that it was actually being done. Please do not go here.

Gym itself is pretty awesome! Not too busy, good equipment, etc. However if customer service is important to you then go somewhere else. I’ve had to call 3 times just to try to cancel my account after moving, and the owner pretends like I haven’t called, is snappy, and at times unprofessional. He also charges your accounts after you’ve tried to cancel, makes up excuses to keep you paying, etc. so, it’s a win-lose situation my fellow gym go-ers. Good luck!
