I have been working with Pro Results trainers Jerome Caguioa and Chris Haskins for less than a month, abouth 3 and a half weeks and I have already lost 20lbs. I started at 309 and already dropped to 290. These are great trainers and they get the job done! Jusy stick with it!

Danielle is a great trainer!!!! She has shown me the proper technique when it comes to weigh training and it has produced very significant muscle gain. I average about 30 minutes 3-4 times a week and it has boosted my confidence! I would highly recommend Danielle as a trainer!!!

I've been training with Danielle H. for about 5/6 months now and it's been one of the best experiences I've had related to fitness. I've made significant progress in fat loss and muscle gain. I fit into clothes I haven't been able to in years and I'm the lightest I've been since 2014. Danielle is a phenomenal trainer- she's completely invested in designing personalized challenging programs and pushing me to my limits (and beyond). I highly recommend training with Danielle!

Preparing for a wedding is stressful! After 6 months of planning, I realized that I had become too big for the wedding dress I had purchased. So, I decided to get a personal trainer to help me feel confident in my dress (and my skin) and reduce my stress levels! Boy, I'm grateful I did! Danielle has been a saving grace. She has taught me six different three-day workout programs, holds me accountable to my macro counts (I send her daily screenshots of my macros), and peps me up with her positivity in my moments of self-doubt. I'm extremely thankful for this journey of learning about food, different workout programs, and myself. My confidence is back and that's because Danielle has taught me so much (nutrition and fitness-wise) that I have been using and will continue to use in the future. With her personalized-to-me programs and thorough guidance, I've lost 16 pounds, five inches off of my waist, and eight inches off of my hips in five months 😊 I'm truly SO happy with the partnership Danielle and I have! She helped me more than achieve my goal of slimming down for my dress, and I hope she can help many others learn and achieve their goals, too!

Max is excellent. I was working out on my own for many years - tried a bunch of different methods taught in books and courses. I would put in an hour 4-5 times a week and was getting decent results. Then I started training with Max. We only have 25 minute sessions, but those are more than enough because my muscles are already failing. I went the full 3-times a week to start and have now tapered back to once a week. I am stronger, look better, and put in less overall time at the gym than I had in the past.

I haven’t had training anywhere else as good as the training offered at LA Fitness- Mockingbird. My trainer, Maxwell, really goes in depth about what you’re working on, why you’re working on it, and how to maintain and avoid injury. 5 out of 5 personal training here

Max is very knowledgeable, caring, and pushes you to become a better you. He has helped me with my confidence, And my fitness goals. I wouldn’t haven’t started lifting if it wasn’t for Max’s is proper training and skills to not care what people think. We all have goals and want results. It all starts with you.
