At ProBodies Fitness, we strive to push each and every athlete to be better than they were the day before. We strive to keep a fun, family-like gym atmosphere, all while maintaining constant growth and personal improvement. ProBodies caters to everyone ranging from those seeking to get back into shape to elite and professional athletes. Our Strength and Conditioning program is the perfect way to jump-start the metabolism, get back into shape, or change up your workout routine to burn unwanted body fat while gaining lean healthy muscle for a more desired physique. We offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced level classes daily. Whether it is your first time to step in a gym, or you are a well seasoned athlete, we have the program for you!

The coaches and classes are top notch! They’ll keep an eye on you to make sure you’re using correct form, pushing you towards progress but not injury. An absolutely amazing place even if you’re just starting your fitness journey. All motivation and none of the judgement you might’ve found elsewhere. Give ProBodies a try and you’ll see why it’s more of a family than just a gym.

ProBodies Elite helped me learn to love fitness. I first discovered them in February 2019 and went every single day for a year (until the pandemic)! I have never had that kind of consistency, but head coach and owner Jordan Landrum knew just how to get me motivated to keep coming back. She even convinced me to compete in a powerlifting competition in October 2019 and with her training me, I finished 2nd place among women and PR’ed ALL my lifts!! ProBodies Elite helped me get into the best shape of my life, all while having a blast and building a gym family. If you’re looking for a close-knit gym family that will make you laugh, hold you accountable, and become your friend both inside and outside the gym, this is the place for you!

Been a member for 5 years now. The people here are the best!! This gym will get you in shape, rncourage and guide you all the way through!! Workouts can be hard but you in it with great people who support and encourage you!! Love my Probodies!!

This place is by far one of, if not my favorite place to put in work! The owner is so humble and rad… but don’t let her fool you. You will sweat, you will hurt and you will feel that burn, but she won’t let you stop. She will get the most out of you physically and mentally that you come back begging for more. The entire group up there will push you to the max and will support you 100% on your journey of mentally and physically improving your core! I would give this place 6 stars if it would let me! 🦾🦾🦾

They never pick your call or reply to your texts. I stopped going for a few days and only then she checks in with me saying that the business phone is managed by someone else. I tried to get my membership cancelled and they tell me i need to give one month notice. I give a notice on Sept 2 and they charge me for September which is fine. Come October 5 I get charged AGAIN. No response for calls texts or emails. Wouldn't recommend joining for the service

Working out at probodies is the best and worst thing I’ve ever done for myself. Worst only because I about die after every workout but it’s amazing, couldn’t ask for a better workout. Thank you to Jordan and her amazing staff of trainers! So happy to have found this gym!

Did a six week challenge here. They gave me a diet plan, and they worked me to the ground (in a good way!). Had several coaches, but Keshawn was my main coach (excellent). He explained the exercises well, and always found a way to push me a few more reps that I didn't think I had in me. Lost over 25lbs doing their program, which is something I have never done before. I recommend this place to anyone, but be prepared to work.

This place is extremely disorganized, and has terrible customer service. I went through an entire six-week-challenge program with them, and I didn't receive any of the guidance or support throughout the program that I was told I would receive. Don't get me wrong, coach Keshawn is a great trainer, and I was able to maintain a productive workout routine with his guidance. My problem is that I would have got the same thing if I had just bought a basic membership, but they charged me twice as much for the challenge, so that was a total ripoff. I will not be giving them any more of my money, and I wanted to warn anyone else who is considering it not to waist your money on one of their challenges.

Today marks the end of my 2nd successful challenge. I haven't been this weight since college where I cross-trained and worked out for several hours at a time just about every day. Even though I was the same weight 4 years ago I had bloated muscle and a higher body fat percentage due to my frequent carb-loaded cheat days. I like that I can get twice the results in half of the time at ProBodies Fitness Tomball combined with the intense workouts and the meal plan. I look forward to completing future challenges with the great trainers and accountability coaches here.

Probodies Fitness is amazing! After 6 weeks my fitness level has dramatically changed, body has been transformed, and lost I 22 lbs. The trainers are incredible, encouraging, observant, and fun. The atmosphere is unlike any other gym, it's not intimidating at all. Everyone is so supportive and nobody is judgmental. Great gym!

I am in love with this place. I doubted my abilities and drive, but the coaches all pushed me for a better me. In just a short 6 weeks I dropped over 6% body fat. I am faster and definitely stronger. There is no program on earth better then this. It is a family with love from each individual working as a team.

My Experience with Probodies Fitness
Transformation Challenge 6 week program
Getting in shape, and staying in shape has always been a huge challenge for me. In my younger years, gaining unwanted pounds was something that I battled with on and off. My lifestyle was not conducive to having any kind of physical fitness. Overeating, over partying, and just plain over doing a lot of things got me to a place that I like to call a bottom. That was in 2010. My life was a disaster and I made a decision to put an end to living to die and start living for real.
I started running and training but the one thing that I lacked was discipline and attention to good direction. So to make a long story short, that’s what you guys have given me. From day one I could tell that this organization was about being serious and having discipline. I was at a point where I really needed to change my training habits and routines and time after time I tried and continually fell back into the same comfort zone which was proving ineffective. After the first few weeks I knew that this was the place where change was going to take place.
Probodies has helped me to adopt a new way of managing my food intake, my work out schedule, cardio schedule, and most importantly my attitude. Which brings me to another point that was so important and attractive to me about this organization. From the start, I was greeted with a smile and an encouraging welcome. The first work out day I was nervous and scared but the staff made me feel right at home and I realized I was in very capable and gifted hands. It is a great atmosphere for learning, laughing, and bonding with others with the same goal and direction. I look forward to getting to my class even though I know that the work will be strenuous and often times painful. In the last six weeks I have learned that with pain comes gain. At Probodies it also comes with great attitudes, smiles, encouraging fellowship, and a greater understanding of the true fitness lifestyle.
