Today was my first of many classes. It was a tough workout seeing as I have a fitness level of zero. Though I made more mistakes than I can count, I didn't give up or quit and I completed the class. Nicole, the instructor, was very kind and understanding, but also tough and encouraging. I loved that it was a small class so I didn't have to embarrass myself in front of a lot of people. The other participants were actually all very warm, encouraging & supportive; I couldn't have had a better experience as a beginner than I did here. I can't wait to go back!

PTFitness is awesome. Whether you are gym intimidated or a frequent gym goer, this is the place for you. The encouraging trainers and fantastic community here have helped me stay consistent for almost 2 years. I recently met a muscle on my back that I didn’t know was there! Very exciting. I also appreciate the opportunities for extra learning about nutrition and overall health. Recent lunch n learn opportunities have included topics on easy meal prep, boundaries in relationships, and financial health. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it!

PT Fitness is a studio that seeks to enhance the fitness of not just the body, but of the community as well. Its culture is welcoming and its environment is non-intimidating, yet this doesn't take away from how thorough the workouts are! Compared to larger fitness chains, I recommend PT Fitness if you want to experience a great workout with a more close-knit, boutique kind of feel .

The coaches at PT Fitness are great. Each workout I did here changed up exercises to provide a HIIT workout that would focus on different muscle groups while still giving a full body workout. Be prepared to sweat, run out of breath, and enjoy working out.

I’m a type 2 Diabetic. After a doctor appointment where my A1c was over 10, I was told by my doctor that we were losing the battle controlling my lifestyle with medication alone. Ron is working with me to completely change my mindset about nutrition and exercise with the ultimate goal of getting off the medicine. He has provided both education and accountability, which has resulted in helping my A1c drop to 6.1 at my last doctor visit.

The workouts are led by trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The atmosphere is awesome, and the members are kind and inspiring! Taking one hour out of my day 3 to 4 times a week to be at PT Fitness has truly been a life changing experience! I highly recommend it to my family and friends!
