Puppy yoga advertises their yoga club with happy puppies and happy members however, what I experienced was different: yoga was great but the puppies were not. They were exhausted. They were sick and they just wanted to be left alone and I believe despite whatever they’re feeding puppies or taking care of them, no animals should go through such treatment if they don’t like it maybe they can decrease the number of sessions. But not have them attend five sessions each day. In addition the crew members: some of them did not look empathetic towards puppies. They were there to just do their job. A business like that needs empathetic people who can really take care of puppies because they are the ones running their business.

I was really looking forward to going here however I received a message on Instagram that they are currently temporarily closed. Hoping to hear back from their costumer service about a refund for my class. Hope to take a class when they’re back up and running. Very disappointed.

I had much higher expectations for this experience. The reception staff were dressed inappropriately, looking as if they had just rolled out of bed. The yoga instructor, with all due respect, appeared to be under the influence. The facility lacked cleanliness and overall professionalism. This experience was far from what I anticipated, and I felt disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and standards.
