Update: I have been taking classes here for 8 years now and now I take classes 3-6 times a week. The different class formats allow me to vary my routine. I am able to get my cardio, weight training, stretching, and body weight movements. And the community is supportive and kind. It is a challenging workout, but worth it!!
I love the classes here! It is easy to schedule using the app and the classes continue to be challenging. The instructors do a great job challenging and adjusting as needed. I have been taking classes for about 5 months and I have noticed myself getting stronger and more flexible.

I had never worked out before and only followed YouTube videos, but trying Pure Barre completely changed how I feel about fitness. I joined Pure Barre Cedar Park in 2020—during the pandemic—and it quickly became one of my happy places. As someone who’s been working from home for over five years (and not exactly loving it), the studio became my escape from the daily routine. It’s my chance to leave the house, reset, and do something good for my body and mind.

Just started coming here. Originally signed up for the 4 times monthly membership. But after 2 classes, I changed it to unlimited. The coaches are very nice. The workout is fast paced and fun and will leave you sore the next day. And it is a different workout each time you go in.

Lovely pure barre studio in Cedar Park which is just minutes from my house. The studio is warm, welcoming and the energy is consistent with many of the other pure barre studio brands I've been around in the great Austin area.
Instructors are friendly and are always willing to assist with hands on correction and modifications for your workout, and the music, equipment and workout itself is always a joy! What's not to love about this cute boutique fitness space?

I didn’t think I was going to be wiped out and yet I was lol! Had the Empowering session with Rebecca. I liked her session this second time I came to Pure Barre so much better than the other session. I was so so sore the next day and that’s without weights. Clean, mirrors in front and side to easily check your form. Cool water fountain was a plus. Recommended for toning and core strengthening!!!

Updating my review several years later, because I STILL LOVE IT! Best workout I've ever done, and only thing I've stuck with for years. The changes in my mind, body and spirit have been incredibly positive. For the first time since turning 40, I don't hate my body because this workout has been life changing. LOVE this studio! I’m a ‘transfer’ from San Antonio and they welcomed me with open arms and everyone has been so kind and helpful!! The instructors so far have been MUCH tougher than my SA instructors - which is actually really nice bc I LOVE a good challenge! Jasmin has been my instructor twice and she is soooo good! Tough, but she has a wonderful ‘calmness’ about her! If you’re in the CP area and looking for a new challenge to fitness, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this studio and taking classes here!

Just recently joined Cedar Park PB and love them. I tried out a couple locations, similar distance from my house to see what it would be like before choosing a location. I had 4 criteria for choosing: 1) Atmosphere - clean, welcoming, positive vibe 2) Offers a variety of classes & schedules that meet my needs 3) pricing 4) Proximity to my home.
I ultimately decided to go with this location given all other criteria being somewhat similar because I found the staff to be so much more friendly & approachable. It helps to read all the other great reviews about them as well.
Starting from the first day I felt welcomed with open arms and enthusiasm - never once did I feel out of place. Being a member at a place that treats me as a part of the "family" or a place I can feel at home at is important to me. Also, during class as I learned the techniques, the instructors were very encouraging and would proactively coach me on the correct movements/techniques so I can make sure I'm getting the most from my workout. My body is feeling leaner and stronger from the inside out since starting PB. I would highly recommend the Cedar Park location.

My wife and I went today and took a class led by Dee dee. She was great, my abs and quads are sore but it will good later on.
The studio was clean and the class size was small which is nice during covid.
Great location easy to get to and park.
We signed up for a unlimited plan this month and look forward to more punishment....I mean toning.

PureBarre CP is a great workout. One would assume that ballet inspired fitness could be boring and not offer enough training to warrant muscle results. However, one would be surprised! These moves are so tough, yes you move one inch with your body or added weight and it’s so tough.... your muscle begin to shake and that’s where you see the change! It’s also low impact so good for all ages! The instructors are amazing and are always moving around to ensure proper form. Staff is always friendly and know you by name almost immediately. Very friendly family feel. I highly recommend PureBarre CP or RoundRock!

I'm an exercise-class junkie, and I run hot and cold on pure barre. Many of their locations (esp. in NYC) don't give enough instruction to really get anything out of the class -- the constant direction to "tuck" without any explanation of what that means or any hands-on correction gets old fast. BUT, the CP location is an exception. The instructor are helpful, give modifications, and make sure everyone gets a good workout!

I'm hooked!! This is a great workout for all ages and experience levels! It's very challenging and fun! Yes, I am writing a five-star review, but with reservations. Purebarre is not for everyone - it really depends on your personality.
First of all, if you are not planning on going at least twice or three times a week (going every other day or every other two days at least), you may not see the result very much. I used to go once a week and even after a couple of months, I did not feel any improvement. However, as soon as I started attending 2-3 times per week, after almost two months, I noticed my body toning up, slimming down, sculpted a little bit. I felt slightly stronger.
So, in terms of "does it bring results?" Yes, it does.
Additionally, the owner of PB Cedar Park is very flexible if you have personal health issues. She is willing to communicate and make sure you feel comfortable with the classes and that if you have personal conflicts with your purchases, she can help you adjust them accordingly.
However, here are my reservations:
1. If you're out of shape, you will suffer initially. It will take at the least 5-10 classes until you can start feeling a bit more confident in class, because the class is EXTREMELY fast paced. Keeping up can be difficult for newbies.
2. The routines are VERY challenging. Classes do not start off from the fundamentals... you need to really know your own body and listen to your body to avoid injuries. Know what sorts of adjustments you should make for yourself to protect your knees and lower back. PB focuses a lot on the abs, so if you don't have a strong ab, talk to your instructor before or after class on ways you can adjust during workout. The catch is, it feels very awkward (to me) to adjust at first, because I felt out of place, seeing that my classmates seem to all be able to handle the difficulties and I felt pretty wimpy. Of course, I eventually got over that. So, if you're the kind that is easily embarrassed when out of conformity, keep this in mind. There ARE ways to protect yourself and work up at the appropriate pace for your body.
3. Stretch time in between activities are limited. Each stretch lasts perhaps 3-5 seconds - I wish there is more stretch time built-in in between since barre really exhausts specific parts of the body.
4. Weekend afternoon (Fri-Sun) classes are limited. Fridays do not generally have evening classes after 5:30, and Sat. and Sun. classes are mostly before noon (one 2pm class on Sundays). I wish there are more weekend afternoon classes.
Overall, I'd highly recommend PB if you are looking for something very challenging and fact paced. Just be patient and adjust for yourself until you're built-up to handle everything as is. Weekday classes are abundant and it's easy to fit into schedule. Give it a try.

I’m still a Pure Barre newbie, but I’m loving it so far! The staff st Pure Barre Cedar Park have all been incredibly friendly, patient and invested during the classes I’ve taken. They provide instruction when needed, and keep you feeling motivated even during the toughest poses.
They have a cute selection of apparel and accessories, and the facility is super clean and well-cared for!

This is a great barre studio in the heart of cedar park. Barre was recommended to me by a massage therapist as a low impact means of improving my overal strength, control of my core, and general posture. I've see all these gains after going to the classes for just about a month.
Other positive points: class sizes are small, instructors are very nice and will accomodate, facilities are very clean, and there is always parking.
The only negative point I can think of is continual cost after the first two months, but you're receiving essentially unlimited small group training which costs more at most other gyms and training facilities, so I feel like its a reasonable trade off.

I started Pure Barre a little over a year ago and became a fast fan. Historically my workouts included a lot of running and boot camp style fitness classes, but I was constantly battling injuries. Pure Barre takes working out to a whole new level without beating my body down. This low impact, full body workout combines isolated movements focused on muscle groups, lots of core work and cardio that keeps your heart rate up for a good burn. I noticed results and changes in my body that I haven't experienced in years. Longer, leaner muscle tone, core strength and improvement in flexibility which made this over 40 mama of three super happy. The studio provides all the "equipment" you need, you can register for classes online or through the Pure Barre app which makes scheduling super easy and the instructors and staff are amazing and welcoming.

I have been attending pure barre in round rock since November, this is my first time at the cedar park location. They were so nice and the vibe was just as great as always. DeeDee was wonderful instructor, encouraging and easy to follow. Great workout and j know they have a time that fits for me at noon for my lunch hour! Highly recommend!

This is by far the best workout I have ever done. It's crazy how I leave there so exhausted and with legs that feel like jello, yet I feel like a million bucks!! The instructors are awesome and really focus on your form by giving you subtle corrections when needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a total body workout!

My review of Pure Barre Cedar Park is long overdue, but late is always better than never in my humble opinion ;) I have been going to Pure Barre Cedar Park since the studio opened last year on October 30, 2015. And I haven't stopped since...EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. :) I am so thankful for this place that's become more than just a place to workout, and for that I’m happy to tell you why…
Pure Barre Cedar Park (PBCP) is hands down the best workout here in Cedar Park, TX. My personal results and the transformations I’ve witnessed in my PB friends are the proof - and consistent, visible results just do not lie… I truly believe that PBCP embodies all requirements of a healthy habit for your body, mind and soul. The workout is phenomenal and pairs well with absolutely any other type of exercise whether that be running, circuit training, gym workouts, etc. There's a general flow to the class which allows you to quickly pick up on the moves, but it changes enough via instructor or "cycle" to make it interesting and challenging at the same time. As for the mind, it becomes a wonderful escape to the 24/7/365 hectic world we all live in - 1 hour of time for just me. It may sound silly, but I along with many others truly believe that this studio is unique in that it honesty nourishes your soul. Rebecca Dunn (the owner) and her amazing team, have the natural ability to make everyone who walks through the door feel genuinely welcome, supported, and truly happy to be there (even though they are about to get their butts kicked in class).
It’s become the positive start to my day each and every morning and the support that is shared amongst everyone there (clientele and PB team included) is priceless. PBCP is the family that I’m blessed to choose… and I’ll continue to choose that family and start to my day - every single day.

I took Rebecca's class tonight and it was a blast! Much harder than I thought it would be, but everyone has a great attitude and we were all able to laugh at ourselves. This class really works your "seat," thighs and abs, which, as a woman, is the most important to me. I will definitely be going back.
