I’ve been attending Pure Barre for the last 12 weeks, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best full-body workouts I’ve ever experienced! Every class challenges me in a new way, helping me build strength, improve posture, and tone muscles I didn’t even know existed. The low-impact yet high-intensity movements keep my body engaged from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves, stronger, leaner, and more connected to my body than ever.
My favorite classes are the Classic sessions. They strike the perfect balance between precision, burn, and flow, creating that signature Pure Barre shake that reminds you just how effective the workout really is. The instructors are incredibly supportive, always offering form cues and motivation that keep you pushing through every pulse.
If you’re looking for a workout that sculpts, strengthens, and transforms your entire body, while also being fun and community-driven, Pure Barre is it. I leave every class feeling grounded, energized, and proud of how far I’ve come.

This is my very favorite workout. I can strengthen my entire body, beginning with my core, without getting bulky looking muscle. I also love that it is no impact, so I don't risk injury, but the group atmosphere really helps me to push myself. The instructors are excellent and helpful. And no matter how much I attend, the workout never gets easier, I only get stronger. I highly recommend!

I am so thankful to have found Pure Barre in Tyler!! I have been encouraged by some of the kindest instructors and met some amazing people. I am always challenged, but never judged based on my ability. This is a wonderful way to exercise and increase mobility, strength, and balance.

Addictive! That's one way to describe Barre class. It's hard work, but it's so worth it. The instructors not only model the moves, but they also help us with the poses since the classes are small.

Laura Sprunger and her team are great to work with. They are upbeat and welcoming while offering a challenging workout. I would recommend this for people who are just starting out in their quest for wellness and for those experienced in group fitness classes. There is a little something for everyone especially with the 3 different formats.

When I’m here for work I make it a point to get in for a few classes. The instructors are friendly and it’s always a challenging workout. I feel very accomplished whenever the class is over and I know it’s a lot more work than I would’ve done at the hotel gym. I highly recommend!!!

I love pure barre! The instructors are so kind and help you do your best in class. I’ve noticed really awesome results which is great. I don’t like working out in the gym, but I love pure barre and feel like the results have been better here for me than anywhere else I’ve worked out, plus it’s fun!!!

I have attended 5 classes @ Pure Barre. LOVE this place! The routines are full body, controlled movements. Modifications are made for those who have limitations. Meghan is the best. (I even go earlier than normal just for her class!). The best thing - after only 5 classes - I can see a difference in my body -AMAZING! They are slight improvements, but I can see them. My triceps are more defined, legs look better and I've lost a couple pounds. I am eating better (put ice cream back and got yogurt instead my last trip to the grocery store!) and crave less sugar. If I have all these positive effects after 5 classes - how much better will it get as I continue? I'm in!

So I feel like this exercise is accessible to so many populations. For me, the classroom struggle is that I can't keep up with the reps yet. But I feel like the opportunity to keep up with the reps grows. Yesterday's class was amazing. The staff is quite friendly. It's a low impact exercise with high intensity goal setting and burn. I always feel like a beast when I leave even if I only completed 75% of the reps.
