This program has been very helpful in the growth of my children in their sports. The confidence they have received through gaining speed has given them personal success on the field. I’ve been training here for a year and can feel such a difference- I came in not being able to run because of knee pain and after 2 weeks, I was able to run without any pain! Thayne always knows how to modify different reps for any pain I’m experiencing and is always encouraging me to keep moving forward to be the strongest I can be! He also trains my son in speed and agility and we can see so much improvement on and off the baseball field! Can’t say thank you enough Thayne!!
