This is not your traditional form of pilates, but rather a high-intensity, calorie burning, sweat-inducing workout that combines the basic philosophies of pilates with a modern attitude. At Pure Pilates Austin, we combine low impact cardio intervals with weight training on our state-of-the-art Megaformer M3 machines to teach the Lagree Method of fitness. The New York Times and Women's Health, amongst others, have termed it "pilates on crack."
With only nine M3 Megaformers at our West Campus location, you can expect the highest level of personalized attention from our highly knowledgeable and motivating trainers in a sleek, light-filled studio. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

I went to about 50 Pilates classes here,
most during a 2 month unlimited stint when they offered a deal this summer. They have some really fantastic instructors — I especially enjoyed Dani, Lauren GN, and Josh (who often subs) for their positive reinforcement, modification options when needed, great soundtracks and helpful adjustments. I built a lot of strength in a short amount of time but each class still felt challenging. I found it much easier to get the hang of than Solidcore— they don’t offer different spring options for different levels or beginner classes, so those were the big differences for me. Parking is easy in the garage, however, give yourself a bit of time to get there since it’s a busy pedestrian area with students walking to class. Thanks for a great summer Pure, I hope you join Wellhub so I can come again!

love the pilates classes here! kate's classes are always great. however, i deducted one star because i feel that the cancellation/reschedule policy is quite inflexible/difficult to understand since you can't reschedule classes to a later time without a fee (so i lost a class when i got sick once)

I’ve been going to Pure Pilates for a little over two years. I mainly go to Stephanie’s and Missy’s classes, which are excellent. Anytime I’ve tried a class by a different instructor, it’s been a miss. The class feels like it’s beginner level, and the instruction/cueing isn’t always engaging, motivating, and clear. The schedule online doesn’t indicate the class level, so you don’t know what you’re signing up for. If you’re newer to Lagree, every class will feel challenging, but if you’ve been going for a while, you want to be challenged by seasoned instructors who keep the energy and engagement high. Maybe the newer ones can train with the experienced instructors so there’s consistency.

Great spot for a workout. I've had one class here and I could feel the burn for sure. The instructor during my class was super motivating and offered encouragement and tips throughout the workout. During my workout, the class is kept pretty small, so you know you aren't getting lost in the crowd. The instructor cares about your workout and is cheering you on the entire time. Highly highly recommend.

Pure Pilates is purely the best! It is a challenging workout no matter how long you have been doing lagree. I always feel like my body is being worked. The instructors make you feel welcome, strong, and proud. They also care about your form and will give you specific instruction during class. Not an intimidating studio at all. Go grab your sticky socks and shake with Pure!

This studio is by far the best Lagree Pilates studio I have tried! I live in Houston, but when I visit Austin, I have to sign up for a class at Pure. The instructors are next level. They give helpful/ timely cues, and motivate me through the shakes. I especially love the way Dan and Lauren write their routines; they just make sense!!!

I love this workout! I have never been a group work out kind of girl, but Pure Pilates Austin changed that. It is such a welcoming and positive space. I’ve been to every location multiple times and they are all great. The instructors are super friendly and attentive to all levels adding challenge as well as modifications and support.
The results are real, and I am always challenged, and leave feeling empowered and centered.

I found out about Pure Pilates through ClassPass and fell in LOVE after taking my first class. I knew I had to sign up for an unlimited membership! The packages are a bit pricy (especially on a student budget) but totally worth it if you want to see and feel a difference in your body.
I always feel welcomed upon walking in and am always greeted by a smile. The classes are very challenging (you will be sore), but the instructors make it so engaging and encouraging. Their attentive to your needs and make sure that you're not uncomfortable during any of the forms. There are only eight spots per class so you do receive a lot of personal attention which I appreciate.
I am currently doing the April Sculpt Your Heart Out Challenge and I love that it incentivizes me to go every day. I hope they continue to do similar challenges each month.
Overall, I couldn't recommend Pure Pilates more if you wanted to sculpt and tone. You'll come out of each class dripping in sweat and feeling SO accomplished!

Amazing workout! Very clean studio! Great value for the monthly unlimited membership (especially for new clients or with a three month commitment)!
I have been going here for about 4 months three to four times a week and have seen very impressive results. I've never been as toned as I am now as the workout tones the entire body and is very effective. I love it for mental reasons as well. For 45 mins I only focus on my workout and self. It's very challenging, yet enjoyable. I also appreciate that the instructors ALWAYS change the routines and are completely approachable. Parking in the deck is free with validation and also free at the domain. Either location is fabulous. I highly recommend Pure Pilates!
