Cindy is an exceptional Pilates instructor. I have taught dance for 37 years and I recognize a great teacher I see one. Cindy continually challenges me. She consistently gives me a great workout. Even on my worst day, I leave pilates feeling better. Cindy genuinely cares about her clients and their health, and I know she cares about me!

For someone who does not like to exercise...I absolutely fell in love with Pilates!! I can not imagine life without Pilates or Cindy! Cindy is the best instructor...she is very knowledgeable and can tweak your body so that you get the maximum benefit from each exercise. This is my stress reliever twice a week! I would recommend Pure Pilates to anyone!!

I have take classes with Pure Pilates owner, Cindy Mashe since 2005. The studio though casual enough to be welcoming is clearly run by a well educated staff of fitness professionals. The variety in my workouts is testament to Cindy's commitment to continuing education and innovation. She and her staff tailor each workout to the individual needs and health issues of each client. The studio is pleasant and immaculately clean with topnotch equipment. Pure Pilates is a highlight in my week and I highly recommend it.
