Very awesome and good for you!!! Highly recommend going at least once a week. I had some inflammation issues in my chest and going once a week to the 90 min class has taken its down 90%, and in general feels great

Love Pure! I've learned so much by practicing yoga with this studio specifically - it can be challenging and intimidating, but I stuck with it and mentally and physically a lot has changed. The instructors are great with feedback on form, they are all super kind and they do a really good job of remember your name - which might sound silly but its something that truly stuck out to me, they aim to see you. Also inferno hot pilates is super fun!

Instructors were very welcoming and kind. I had no idea about yoga positions when I went and I never felt judged while I was there. It was a good sweaty experience!

Great studio with friendly and knowledgable teachers, morning classes are generally small affording teachers the ability to offer useful corrections to the students in class

On a weekend trip to Austin, I had the pleasure of visiting the Pressler studio with Erin and the south Austin studio with Jim. Both classes were true, pure Bikram. Both teachers stayed with the dialogue but added their own personal flair to make the classes interesting and even fun. Both studios were super clean and offered filtered water. The spacious rooms were consistently hot and at 50% humidity. Next time I visit Austin, I’m sure to return!

These people and this practice have changed my world for the better, forever!!!! You couldn't find kinder people anywhere in the world who would be more interested in your over all well-being than you would find right here at pure yoga Austin. All facets of my being have been improved with the 26 posture serious. I was able to lose over 40 pounds, and lower my risk of having my prediabetic condition turn into full-blown diabetes. Now my A1C count is completely normal and there is not a trace of diabetes in my system. I have pure yoga Austin to thank for this!

The room you do yoga in stinks horribly. I could barely stand it. And it is carpeted, which I think is very unhygienic (though I don't know their cleaning routine). Not sure I'll go back, but I liked getting my sweat on. It was super hot and I felt great the next day. Def not somewhere for yoga beginners to go.

The workouts here are awesome. Sessions last 90 minutes and it's basically strength training, stretching and relaxing in a sauna all at once.

This location has been great to me so far! I just moved and am now closer to this location. The room is bigger and easier to find a spot. I enjoyed most of the instructors I have had so far. The work out is intense. It takes a massive amount of physical and mental endurance. It is really cool to see how much you can improve on your strength and flexibility while practicing Bikram Yoga. It is hard and hot, but for some reason I keep coming back for more! It is definitely a great challenge every class.
