The class was a decent workout but I would avoid it if you already have knee problems. I have residual injuries that have been clicking since going to a class here.

The owner Marci spent time to help me understand the programming and pick a perfect plan for my needs.

This is the first workout class I've taken where I actually feel energized afterwards!!!

I've been going consistently for weeks now and feel stronger than ever in my day-to-day. I can tell a difference in my functionality even when I'm picking up things around the house.

10/10 highly recommend!!!

We had so much fun trying out Sculpt & Strength with Skylar at Pvolve! The music was bumping at a volume nice enough you could sing along to distract yourself from all the sweating you do.

Class was so fun that time flies (except when you have to do hollow holds) and the innovative equipment makes it a fun, new experience that's isn't too hard to keep up with!

Did 3 for $36 workout-- I absolutely LOVED the workouts! They were challenging and really well-structured. I had three different instructors ALL of whom were amazing for different reasons. The use of different props (bands, pvolve mat, slant board, discs) was great too.

That said, the parking situation was super frustrating. They don't validate parking, so I had to pay extra for parking ($10-15 every time) which made the overall experience not worth it in the end. I'll probably wait for the other locations to open for free parking.

Really good workout and I loved the instructor, Lo. But I did the 3 for $36 offer and ended up not doing my third one because I was paying more for parking then I was for the classes! I would definitely keep coming back but because of the location and no validation of parking (which is common for South Congress) I won't :( Definitely recommend if you live downtown or can get a ride there.
