Kendel is a rare find. You will not find another trainer with the amount of good clean knowledge like she has. She has helped me in so many ways that I couldn’t even begin to list them all, but most importantly lose weight and keep the weight off. She genuinely cares about her clients and their overall well being, which is very hard to find in the fitness world.

I highly recommend Quad-Performance by IFBB Pro Kendel Dolen. I started training with Kendel when I saw a friend's results after training with her. The training began with an assessment of my goals and an analysis of my eating habits. Kendel's knowledge and experience allowed her to create a workout and nutrition plan tailored to ME! I loved that it was not a one-size-fits-all approach. As long as I followed the plan, I saw results. I eventually decided I wanted to compete in a bodybuilding competition. Kendel coached me through every step of the process and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. Kendel is not only a trusted coach, but a valued and respected friend. Kendel's passions are nutrition and fitness. She is dedicated to research and learning of the science behind how to obtain the best results. Kendel is a great trainer, knows a lot not only about bodybuilding but health and wellness overall, she helped me changing my physique, with my nutrition and with hormones check suggestions, she pushed me out of my comfort zone and thanks to that now I’ve done 3 bodybuilding competitions with great results. Kendel has been a wonderful Coach/Trainer and has helped me build a solid nutritional and fitness foundation to achieve my fitness goals. In addition to her knowledge in physical training, she is a wealth of knowledge in nutrition, health systems, and supplementation. One of the biggest wins I've had while training with her has been an increase in energy levels and improved blood work (especially my cholesterol and hormonal levels). Her knowledge and guidance along with her sound nutritional plans have helped me get my energy levels back to normal. This has made a huge difference in my quality of life! From a physique development perspective, she has helped me develop my back, legs and gluteus by identifying key exercises to help my mind-to-muscle connection. I found Kendel when I was specifically trying to learn more about Macro counting and I definitely hit the jackpot with her! She is equipped with so much knowledge when it comes to your health and nutrition and making it a long term lifestyle and not just a temporary fix. She is thorough to understand your specific needs and abilities and truly pushes you with love and respect to meet your goals. She has a very positive outlook on life and you can tell she’s passionate about what she does! Kendel not only provided me with a new base knowledge on nutritional habits and goals, but also followed it up with great workouts so I always had a game plan in the gym which was awesome. I would highly recommend Kendel and her services. I hope to work with her again when my situation allows it!

I believe it was in 2015 when I started working out with Kendel. I was pretty much the same size I am now 114.. I was doing a lot of cardio because I didn't want to get fat. And as you can tell in my before pics, no a lot of muscle. After training with with Kendell for almost 2 year and changing my meal plan on the after pics I have gained a lot of muscle and and lost fat and still weight 114. Still today on November 12,2017 keeping my weight the same. Now I just want to maintain. I work out at least 5 days a week. And eat 2 cheat meals a week. Im so happy to have this amazing coach in my life. She knows what is best for you. It was hard in the beginning but when you start seeing how your body changes it's enough motivation to keep doing it. Now it is a life style for me . I love training and feel good and everyone tells me I look good!! And by the way I'm 48 years old.

This trainer absolutely knows what she is doing. She looks at all aspects of health. It’s not all about just losing weight. She will help you become healthy. I personally never thought I needed to have my blood work checked cause I thought I was healthy enough. Boy was I wrong. Hormones play a big role in health and in achieving your weight loss goals. Definitely a great trainer!!!
