RAH! Power Fitness brings the power of Routine, Accountability, and Health to every workout and every nutrition coaching conversation. Our outdoor and online fitness classes in Austin, TX, combine strength training (dumbbells or bodyweight) and cardio (walking, running) in an inclusive, community-driven environment. I love this workout! It’s fun and motivating, and each session is unique, fresh, and never boring. The trainers, Tricia and Omar, are not only incredibly supportive and encouraging but are also genuinely wonderful people. With several times and locations, I can choose sessions that work best for my schedule. For anyone who wants to get stronger and have a great time doing it, this is the place to be.

I’m not a joiner, so was nervous about joining a "group" workout program, but have been part of this community for 2 years now. RAH Power Fitness is more than a great workout - and it is a GREAT, full-body, workout. I joined to build strength, but RAH offers so much more. It’s a community of great people and great coaches who are sincerely passionate about your health and fitness. The support and encouragement from the RAH Power Fitness community has helped me achieve fitness beyond my expectations and RAH has provided me with an opportunity to build strong and true friendships, that keep me coming back every week (at 6am!), all year round.

RAH Fitness is an amazing community! The instructors, Tricia and Omar are so positive and encouraging and they really put a lot of thought and effort into designing the workouts - the time goes by so fast, I am amazed every time!
Before I joined I was worried I would not be able to keep up because of past knee injures, but they modify the exercises for all levels. It is the best investment I make for my health - both physical and mental!

Hands down the best group fitness class in Central Austin. If you are looking for a workout class led by super positive personal trainers, this is the place for you. The group format means there are workouts for whatever pace and ability level you are at. The trainers always adapt and coach you how to workout at your own pace.
You'll love the outdoor workout too! It's truly magical to meet up outside instead of in a gym. These outdoor fitness classes are like a HIIT format where you have space for agility circuits, strength, cardio, and lots of movement - all without being in a sweaty indoor box!

I highly recommend RAH! Power Fitness. Before joining, I didn't work out much, didn't go to a gym, and had zero experience with HIIT style workouts like this. I started working out with Omar and/or Tricia since about 2017. I've tried a number of other trainers and never found ones I liked as much as these two.
For about a month, I tried out other similar workout programs in north central Austin (Cross Fit, HIT Athletic, Sweat 440, and MADabolic), and concluded that RAH! was definitely the best. It comes down to the quality and attention you get from your trainers and RAH! is strong in this regard.
Although the physical benefits from RAH! workouts are great, these workouts also improve your mental wellbeing. As a work-from-home employee for many years, maintaining work/life balance, exercise, diet, and in-person social exchanges are important to me and RAH! meets those needs.

When I decided to work remotely, I knew I'd need (a) a way to stay active and (b) human interaction :) RAH Power Fitness gives me both. Since I started working out with Omar and Tricia, I've gotten fitter, stronger, and (I'd argue) happier. Just as important is the community of wonderful people I've come to know through RAH. We exercise together, sure, but we also come together socially; there's really nothing like knowing and loving your neighbors. Thanks, RAH Power Fitness!

I highly recommend RAH with trainers Omar and Tricia. These trainers keep it fun and interesting even when you are working hard. Alterative options are always provided if you are sore or recovering from an injury. The community is great; everyone is encouraging and friendly. I highly recommend RAH! Power Fitness! I’ve done a variety of group workouts over the years but this is the best and one that I have actually stuck with consistently. The trainers (Omar and Tricia) have years of experience and develop great challenging full body workouts for the whole group while also giving personalized feedback and modifications as needed. They bring a lot of positive energy and always offer modification suggestions so you can move in a way that works for you. The group is friendly and welcoming and spans a wide range of ages and fitness levels so I encourage anyone interested to try it out. They even have free community workouts once a month on Saturdays and are committed to giving back to the community in other ways too.

RAH! is the perfect combination of really good workouts with really good coaches and a very welcoming group of people! Group workout classes can be intimidating if you are new, but please don't be intimidated by this one. It is genuinely the most friendly group of people to workout with and the coaches do a great job of designing workouts that scale with different fitness levels. All if you have to do it show up and have a good attitude and the coaches and group will carry you from there. I'm sincerely so glad I signed up, both for mental and physical health reasons.

I am a morning person who loves being active, but I have long struggled to find motivating, holistic workouts. RAH! Power Fitness provides high-quality, full-body exercise sessions that have become an important and favorite part of my daily morning routine. I am NOT a morning person but I've been a Rah! morning person from the beginning. An intense outside workout is a great way to start the day. Tricia and Omar make sure we're properly warmed up and take things at our own level and pace. Bonus points for the sun/moon/stars artistry overhead.

I never liked working out until I started training with Tricia and Omar. I also never thought I could work out at 6am but it’s truly the best way to start my day - doing sit-ups, running sprints, and lifting weights under the stars with a group of incredibly supportive and encouraging people who are just as bleary-eyed as me. The trainers’ energy is so positive and inclusive, every class is completely different so it never gets boring, they have terrific music, and they build community intentionally in so many wonderful ways (social hours, hikes and community service activities). I love how everyone can find their entry point in the class, from beginners (which I was a few years ago) to folks just trying to stay healthy, to elite athletes. Such a warm and welcoming place. Thanks RAH! for being my inspiration!

I LOVE starting my day with expert trainers, Omar and Tricia, and the awesome RAH! Power Fitness community that they’ve built. I get such a great workout and the atmosphere is so welcoming and inclusive. I love how Omar gives modifications for exercises so that I can participate fully for every workout in a way that feels good for my body. I also love working out under the morning sky with my neighbors. Combine that with the awesome playlists and lots of laughter, there’s just nothing better!
