I am training for my first marathon and wanting to avoid injury I looked into yoga. I really enjoy hard workouts and recently started classes here. I am in love with it. I love the variety of classes and each instructor has their own unique style of teaching which I find super fun. I bought my membership after the first three classes!

This Hot Yoga Frisco studio is a gem! I visited Real Hot Yoga during their one-year anniversary celebration and had such a great experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, encouraging, and brought such positive energy to the class. The new owners were warm and welcoming—it was great to see their adorable family supporting the community. The studio is clean, modern, and has a fantastic vibe. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hot yoga experience in Frisco!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I tried to ask for assistance and was met with attitude and dismissiveness. It’s unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. Businesses need to understand that how you treat people matters just as much as the product or service you offer.

This is the first place I ever did hot yoga, and it is still my favorite after trying out a few different places! All of the instructors are kind, encouraging, and excellent at giving alternatives to poses, whether it's to make it more accessible or a little harder! I've never felt judged or uncomfortable- everybody is always so welcoming.

I enjoyed coming to this studio since they opened last year. I’m happy for having this hot yoga studio on the west side of Frisco.
I buy class passes and booked them on the app. It’s easy to book and cancel classes there. I haven’t had any issues. I tried some different classes with different teachers. Jill is one of my favorite, great music, pace. She always provides instructions for different levels to make sure everyone puts in their best effort and workout.

Really excited to see a hot yoga studio opened in north Frisco area. I love their heated room and variety of classes they offer. The studio is clean, and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A shout out to Raj and Sarah. They are fantastic instructors, very knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend to try out their classes.

— update on this review: changing from 5 stars to only 2 stars. They are really not flexible with their membership arrangements even being one of the founding members. They won’t pause or cancel my plan even for medical reason. I was such a fan and now I regret previously have given them such high review.

This is not hot yoga. This is yoga in a room with the heater turned on. Not only was the studio not actually hot, but bright white lights were kept on the whole session. The music being played was not relaxing but what seemed like a pop hits playlist. The instructor, Emily, had rather poor pacing in leading the session. I've been to several hot yoga studios and this was easily the worst one. They also charge $5 for mat rentals.

I discovered RealHotYoga this past summer and I’ve been addicted ever since! Nicole (owner) is so sweet and attentive and really makes you feel welcome. Raj and Jill are my favorite instructors. Raj is the most patient instructor ever and she really takes the time and care to make sure you are getting the most out of your practice. Jill has the best music and I love her pace! I love her weekend classes, they make me feel invigorated! Hot Pilates is new and it has been a blast as well. Cannot say enough great things about RHY! Their schedule makes it easy for a working mom like myself to stay active :)

This beautiful studio had its grand opening before I had moved out of state. I was sad to leave the studio behind, however I will be doing drop ins when visiting in the future. Thank you for the amazing experience 💫

We ended up going to the grand opening of Real Hot Yoga in Frisco, TX to see what it was about, and what an experience. The facility was state of the art, classes were HOT and the overall staff was very helpful. If you are in the Little Elm / Frisco area and looking for an amazing Yoga studio, you must check this place out. Looking forward to their future success!
