About the Club

Real Wellness Fitness 55+, a part of Real Wellness, is a small group fitness program designed for adults 55
who want to be able to fully participate in life at every age, despite their age. They want to stay sharp and do more of what they love for longer. We do this by building strength and boosting stamina and stability through workouts and coaching.
We have helps hundreds of older adults do this and would love to help you create this amazing future for yourself.
Our award-winning program was designed specifically for adults 55+ and is led by certified personal trainers in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Thoroughly enjoy this fitness place and program for 55+ and up. After retirement, I needed to get in better shape. Coaches are attentive to you to make sure you are doing exercises properly and will offer ways to adapt an exercise for any physical limitations. Routine is always varied so you don’t get bored! Coach Katie keeps us going and glad we showed up!

I just enjoyed going to CSFBF. I love Fit Body Forever! The workouts are varied and challenging, but doable. The coaches are very supportive and can modify a workout to fit an individual's needs. I've only been a member for 2 months but I already see and feel a difference. I'm a Fit Body Forever fan!

I absolutely LOVE this program! Designed by coaches, Functional Aging Specialists, balance and core strength are incorporated into HIIT workouts for our older age group. There is no judgement, just encouragement! I began noticing changes in just a few weeks but now my chiropractor can see improvements in core strength!!

I HATE to exercise. I mean REALLY hate it. So I did not have high hopes when I started working out there. I can honestly say that I am enjoying it! The facilities are excellent, especially the cold A/C in this hot summer. The staff are enthusiastic but also very down to Earth. My fellow class members are now my buddies and we support one another. Nobody puts pressure on you or makes you feel inadequate. Quite the opposite, in fact! No lie: I told a friend the other day that if I had to design a fitness program that would work for me, this would be it. I’m thrilled that I found it and I’m going to stick with it.

I joined Fit Body Forever about 8 weeks ago. I love everything about their program from the variety in the workouts to the challenge of the workouts to the encouragement you receive from the coaches to the music and the fun atmosphere. I had major back surgery 10 months ago and Coach Katie is so good to always check on me to make sure I’m doing okay. I see her do the same for other members. I attend the 7:05am class and look forward to it every MWF. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join Fit Body Forever!

Due to age and injury, I was self-conscious about attending a workout program and nervous about fitting in; however, I was warmly welcomed to the Fit Body Forever family by the other participants and the coaching staff. The workouts have turned out to be both challenging and manageable, are practical and are designed to meet the functional needs of the aging lifestyle. I’m sleeping better, my balance is improving and I am performing household tasks like lifting bags of groceries and yard work more easily and with less pain. I never thought I would look forward to working out again, but thanks to Coach Katie and the other members of her team, mornings with the Fit Body Fam are a highlight of my week.

I was looking for a fun yet hard-working fitness program when I stumbled onto CS Fit Body Forever. After three months of physical exercise and "hitting the blue mats", I am amazed at my dexterity, balance, mobility plus losing inches and pounds. My clothes now fit loosely, friends have noticed my weight reduction, and my "zeal for life" continues make me think that I am truly younger than I thought possible. Fit Body is a well staffed organization that hires sound, high quality coaches and staff! Our work-outs are intense, but we huddle together after each work-out and rally for our Fit Body Family. Our amazing coach, Katie and our asst. coach, Tara plan each work-out with well balanced activities to distribute exercise equally across the body.
You cannot find a better place to exercise with fun and comradery.

I love this place! They changed my life. I was overweight, with diabetes and high blood pressure after 20 years of taking care my mother with Alzheimer’s at my home by myself.
I started at Fit Body Boot Camp for ages 50+ and it changed my life. I’m exercising with wonderful people around my age, we help each other, give support to each other. You feel motivated by our coach Katie and Tara; they are very professional people, with empathy and understanding and encouraging us during the exercise. Amazing trainers!
Coach Katie advised me to see a nutritionist at Real Wellness (helped one-on-one by Desiree) and I went there for a diet program and that completed my success taking care of my health. Now I lost 38 pounds.
I don’t need to take any medicine for high blood pressure anymore. My meds for diabetes were 13 pills in total and now I only take 2 once in a while. With the exercise and the life-changing style of eating, I became a new person. I’m very grateful with Katie whom has been guiding me to the right people and with my exercise. She still guides me to this day.

Over the years, I have tried multiple gyms and workouts. This is definitely my favorite! Strength, stability, weight loss, and overall well being are the core to their program. And the entire staff really cares for you and ensures you are performing at Your own level. I just love the Staff they are so well educated and my coaches are very helpful and they always encourage me to do more. I have try many gyms in the past but never stuck to it. But I have been going for almost a year now and they also make it so much fun with the music . I allways look forward to going there every morning. If you’re just starting out or seasoned in your fitness, you won’t find a better place in town to join! FitBody is not just a “gym” it’s a community of people lifting up each other in their healthy lifestyle goals. You’re NEVER too old to start getting serious about your health. This program and the expert coaches can help anyone age 55+ ease into a fitness routine that is right for THEM and THEIR body including modifications to any exercises. You don’t have to think about choreographing a gym routine when you get here because ALL that work is done for you! How AWESOME?! You just show up and let the coaches lead you! And if something doesn’t feel right or seems awkward, the coaches are happy to show you an alternative that will still get you results without putting strain on your body! You’ve basically got a personal trainer in a group setting!
Finally, let me just emphasize the VALUE in this community. BIG wins AND little wins are celebrated here by EVERYONE! Any setbacks and you’ve got an entire group of people there to encourage you to keep going. You won’t regret taking your first steps through the door & experiencing what this facility has to offer!!!

This 45 minute class is a challenging but achievable class for seniors of 55 years and older. The trainers are well versed in senior health and wellness. They always help you modify the assigned exercise according to your ability level or physical need. I appreciate the Christian atmosphere and close knit relationships of the class members. I’ve not experienced this type of community at any other gym.
