I’ve been weight training for over 20 years, and as a personal trainer myself, I don’t say this lightly: I traveled all the way to Harlingen for a weekend just to work with Rebekah—because she is a true expert. Even in a field I consider myself knowledgeable in, she brought a level of mastery that was incredible.
During our session, Rebekah expertly assessed every aspect of the movements we worked on. She guided me in selecting not just the right working weight, but also how to progress safely. She helped me set clear, achievable goals and even sent me home with a tailored sample workout. Throughout the session, her care for my goals was evident—she didn’t just train me, she invested in me.
Rebekah’s expertise isn’t just for beginners or intermediates—she’s absolutely a perfect fit for advanced trainees like myself. I can’t recommend her enough. I’ll definitely be returning, because her deep knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized programming are second to none.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have Rebekah as my personal trainer and I can’t recommend her enough!!! Her coaching style is incredibly encouraging and she helps me push myself to continue to make progress while helping ensure I keep myself safe with an emphasis on proper form. During rest periods between sets she’s been helpful with offering practical advice for reaching my fitness and nutrition goals….and other times during rest periods we end up chatting about all sorts of random stuff and I find myself cracking up (she has a great sense of humor) and really enjoying my time! 60 minutes fly by so quickly and I always leave excited for our next session!
