Anthony is a tremendous trainer. He is excellent with all age groups including teenagers and seniors. He will push you but never to the point of injury or dangerous fatigue. His workouts are fun, safe, fast paced & highly challenging. You will feel the burn but want to return! I started working with Anthony / RDM around 18 months ago and I’ve shed over 50 pounds while adding healthy lean muscle. I still have a long way to go but I’m confident Anthony will help me reach my ultimate goal. Anthony’s RDM is a life saver and life changer.

Update! I still love this place and our community! After some exciting updates and expansions to the gym, the classes have even more variety with thoughtful, challenging workouts! Anthony also offers personal 1:1 training if small group fitness is a little intimidating. However, I can promise the group workouts are really entertaining!!
Red Diamond Method is the perfect place for a challenging workout that’s always fun! The workouts are well thought out and vary each day. You never know what new surprise may be waiting did you! Anthony is so energetic and has created a community that welcomes people of all abilities. I appreciate being part of a group that holds each other accountable to showing up every day!

I find working out alone boring and struggle to find motivation on my own. With group fitness at RDM, I found my niche. It's much more fun, and gives you outside accountability as well. There's a feeling of camaraderie.
I also run faster, jump higher, and lift heavier weights than I ever thought I could 😁

Anthony is the best! He is a fantastic coach and teacher. I’m over 60 and am in better shape now than i was in my 20s. Lower body fat percentage and more muscular. His training has improved so many aspects of my life. Can’t say enough good things about him and the community he fosters.

Highly knowledgeable instructors that can modify to any fitness level. Anthony prepares weekly classes that focus on total body fitness that are highly challenging, but most of all FUN. Best studio I have joined bar none.

His classes are a complete workout (strength, aerobic and stability/mobility). I first began training with Anthony to help improve my pace and endurance running half marathons. Not only did both of those improve, I got into the best shape of my life in my 40’s!
