Had a morning class with Savanah at 6 AM and it was AMAZING!! What a way to start our day; she had an incredible routine, these amazing lavender towels (seriously y'all this was awesome), and she was incredibly caring and courteous! 10/10 highly recommend a class with her!

Rob has trained me for the past 17 years. Over the years, he has helped me focus on gaining strength, losing weight and healing from injuries. The anatomy and physiology knowledge Rob has allows him to deal effectively various unexpected issues, such as an episode of plantar fasciitis, a frozen shoulder and general recovery as I healed from various surgeries. His nutrition expertise allows him to help suggest how to get enough protein each day, and what supplements actually merit taking. He was able to seamlessly switch from an in person/gym relationship to a virtual one when the pandemic of 2020 happened. Rob's personality makes working out a pleasant experience because he is patient, humorous, able to discuss a wide variety of issues all while getting a training session in. I look forward to our discussions and always feel better after a session.
At some point along the way, I realized that I would never stop working with him and that he had become a trusted friend. I am so eager for the next career moves he is making and look forward to more years training with Rob!

I've been working out with Rob for several months, so far, as I returned to my fitness journey. Rob is very knowledgeable and is patient when explaining the benefits of each exercise during our sessions. He even came up with a workout for the days when we don't have a session. Rob has also helped with nutrition advice to keep me on track to meet my goals. As a result of his coaching and guidance, I have already lost 15 lbs and am excited about the future progress.

When I met Rob for the first time I had no idea that he would be the snowball that changed my life. I didn’t know that I had been yearning for change and for the betterment of my health. He has educated me and has given me patience and compassion even when I couldn’t muster it up for myself. He’s more than just a personal trainer, he’s someone I would call a friend, someone that I have grown to trust and whose opinion I value. His passion for what he does shows in his work and how he treats you, and through this it has sparked a fire and a drive inside me that I never knew I had. His vibe is very comforting and he has never judged me or has ever made me feel like I was less than for slipping. He continues to encourage me and motivate me. I always look forward to seeing him and letting him know how well I’ve been doing or talking with him about the things I had struggled with. I’m always met with understanding and sincerity and we always come up with a gameplay on how to help in my progression. I know I’m the one that lost the 45lbs so far but I also wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t give credit to him as well for everything he has helped me to accomplish, he is a Godsend and I feel truly blessed to have him in my life.

When I started writing this review , I struggled to put in words my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Rob for all that he does! I have had health issues in the past and was not confident of being able to do fitness training but needed to start somewhere.. and am very grateful that I met him. Having worked with Rob for 10 months he understands my health issues, is flexible and highly supportive. Am extremely grateful for his dedication in transforming me .. to such an extent that I could go for a high altitude trip 6 months after starting to train! It’s truly a miracle… from not being able to do routine tasks without discomfort and pain to going for a 3 week challenging trip!! Thank you Rob for your dedication, support and taking great interest in ensuring that the training sticks. I would highly recommend him. He is truly the best personal trainer I have ever had!

Rob Zschau/Redigo Coaching, Inc., has been coaching me and my husband since September 2022. We have worked with personal trainers in our home for several years, and Rob is the best!
We are both very active 65 y/o people who want to keep in shape and continue with activities including tennis, bicycling, walking, and lifting weights. I have had some mobility issues with my shoulder, from rotator cuff/bicep tendon surgery several years ago, as well as some knee issues. Rob has given me exercises that have helped with my mobillity and strength, and they are working because he understands body composition and musculature.
If you need help with nutrition, Rob is extremely knowledgeble in that area, as well, without being pushy. We used a macro tracking app which helped us both to lose and maintain our weight, that he suggested, that was easy and sustainable.
Rob is able to come to your home and work with as much or as little equipment as you have. He is very easy to work with and has clients from teens to late 80's!
