I am very delighted to leave this review, the experience at this gym has overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. If you happen to take the year long contract, the charge is absolutely worth the experience. At this gym, I have befriended many of the staff & employees, two of which are named Jose and Aaron. They are undoubtedly, and unremarkably productive and helpful. Jose helped me speed through the lengthy process of contract renewal when I had to renew my contract, I praise his character and his commitment to the job.

Whether it’s keeping the equipment clean, answering questions, or helping members find what they need, he’s always on top of it.

The gym is spotless thanks to his hard work — you can tell he really takes pride in keeping everything organized and sanitary. It makes such a big difference in the overall experience.

Gloria goes above and beyond to make sure every member has a great experience. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with memberships, or just checking in to see how your workouts are going, she truly cares about the people who come here. Was told I was on a month-to-month, a year and half later here I am trying to cancel and they're telling me i have to pay a cancelation fee because i have 6 months left on my contract. I asked the gentleman at the counter when i signed up multiple times "are you positive this is month-to-month" and was reassured I was. This is exploitative and predatory.

I have been going to this gym for a year. My contract ended today. I spoke with the staff weeks before my contract would end about canceling . The staff advised me to wait until today to cancel I couldn’t do it sooner. This gym makes you jump through hoops to cancel it’s ridiculous. . After cancelling at the gym they make you call some number to request to cancel . Once you call you still have a process to go through and it takes 30 days to cancel . They also advise you any schedule payments in the next 30 days will still process and it’s your responsibility. I will never come back I do not recommend this gym .

I am glad that I enrolled in Mayhem Fitness. This is a no frills gym, where you have to be quiet or wear a matching outfit. This is a WORKOUT gym!!!!

The equipment is made of iron, the music is on point, the only environment lends itself to train hard. If you are looking for a gym this is it!!!!
