Wanted to update my review since I was on my fourth class when I wrote my review and now am on my 79th class and Pilates has changed my life..literally I am stronger than I ever remember...my back no longer hurts and I have muscles...not bulky ones ..lean ones. It took several classes to really get things fixed but now I get it. The instructors at Reformed are amazing offering ways to make a movement tougher or easier or to help with an injury. Amazing and patient. I just cannot say enough good... At first I could barely finish the class now I can do full pushups...I will be 68 next month..I hope to do Pilates for the rest of my life ..try it!

First I want to say but I'm totally new to Pilates 67 and probably not in the best shape of my life. I just finished my fourth class hopefully I continue to improve and get stronger. If I do it will be because of the excellent instructors that always take the time to help you always correct position you and make sure you are doing okay. Also the encouragement is amazing. If you are hesitating to take the classes I really recommend you just step in and get started Lord knows you can't be much worse than I am and I can tell there is improvement ahead of me. It's a beautiful studio and the instructors are top notch

This is a great studio for the beginner to the more advanced client. I feel like the instructors do a good job of monitoring form and providing modifications and progressions for each move. The instructors are also upbeat and positive. I also appreciate the availability of classes. There is always one available when I can make it!

I love Reformed Pilates. I go to the Allen/Fairview location. The instructors are very professional, encouraging and knowledgeable. I have seen improvement in my muscle tone, flexibility and balance. The classes are challenging, but fun...and the 50-minute classes seem to go by so fast. My schedule fits in when Jordyn is typically teaching. I love her teaching style...she's a wonderful instructor and is super sweet and encouraging!

Love Reformed !! All of the instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable. They take so much time to make sure you know how to modify and instruct on how to use the machines. I always look forward to going and that’s coming from someone who never liked exercising. 🙂

I love taking classes at RP. The instructors are great, the instructions are clear with modifications and progressions. I have tried several studios in the area, and this gave me the more athletic approach I was seeking. So glad to have found Reformed Pilates! If you want a great full body workout that will leave you hurting in the best way, check them out!

Wanted to switch from OTF to Pilates and they had a 7 day special, felt excited about trying something new when I got there Tori explained the reformer equipment in 30 seconds and gave very little instruction on what I was doing and just told me watch the others. Poorly instructed class, zero direction to a new person joining, no information on the website, very discouraging to go again. Went to one class and didn't even go the rest of the 6 classes. If you are new, don't go here.

I love the classes and instructors here! I usually go to classes with Taylor and Colby and they are the best! I had never done Pilates before but had always wanted to try. All of the instructors are so great and nice. They help correct your form and pay attention to the whole class. It’s been a really good experience so far! The app is really easy to use when booking classes. They also offer milestone gifts and challenges which are great motivators to keep going! I do wish there were more times available on Friday’s since it is a weekday and I can’t make it to the morning/day classes because of work. However, it seems like they are adding some more times to more popular days, so maybe they will consider adding more Friday times soon!

Absolutely love this place and recommend it to all. I started 7 weeks ago very unhealthy, unfit and a complete mess. Today after my 30th class I have changed my entire mental and physical health/appearance. Facility is clean, classes are always different but always have “modified” options depending on your abilities. The instructors are just amazing. Much respect to these trainers and thank you for always correcting me hahahahha.

I can’t say enough great things about RP. The instructors are amazing, the classes are challenging but rewarding, and the workouts are different each class. I feel so much stronger, I sleep better and have improved balance and flexibility. I actually look forward to going every day! Caty is PHENOMENAL! She is attentive to every member and is excellent at providing easy to follow instructions.

RP coming to Dallas has been one of the highlights of 2024! I started pilates last summer and after hopping around various studios, I found my home at Reformed :) Love how the classes are structured and paced, and every instructor I’ve taken a class with has been amazing (big shoutout to Caty F!) Love Reformed so much💛

I did not enjoy the workout here. It was all over the place. I did find Aleena to be very friendly. Colby was unfriendly and rolled her eyes when I didn't have the correct springs on. I felt very embarrassed. She kept calling me out. I was humiliated. I won't be back.

I'm really enjoying my classes here. I love that all classes are available to all levels. They give challenge options and modifications so you can adjust as you need that day. Some days I have needed modifications because of injuries outside of class (burn from cooking, twisted ankle from playing laser tag etc) but the instructors have helped me modify the movements as needed.

It's only been a couple months but I feel more flexible and more steady than I was in my first class. I can see improvements in my strength and ability to complete the exercises. I feel changes in my core strength as well. The instructors have all been welcoming and helpful.

I was worried about getting a membership and not being able to schedule, but so far scheduling has been easy. I spend a lot of time balancing four kids' schedules, but it has been so nice to have an hour for me a few days a week. I worried I would come home feeling exhausted and beat, but instead I feel energized and ready to tackle my tasks at home.

I have tried almost every instructors class and love them all. I have also tried a few different Pilates studios and decided Reformed Pilates was the best because they can change up movements based on your skill level.

For anyone that previously lifted weights and wants a change of pace but still wants to be challenged, this is for you!

It was a good workout, but really wasn’t pilates. It felt more like doing a workout on a reformer than reformer pilates. I had a good time and the instructor was fine, it just irks me that the studio doesn’t seem to follow really any of the core principles or beliefs of Joesph Pilates. It might be more geared toward a different kind of person, but it just wasn’t really for me. Also, it didn’t really seem as if there was any sort of flow or connection in the workout. It was never specified really in the class what muscle were meant to be targeting, and it just seemed as if there was no focus on mind and body connection. Plus, some of the “corrections” I got on my form were pointless little things that didn’t really affect my target muscles at all. Overall, you might like it if you’re into less traditional pilates, but I think I’ll stick to my classical work!

New favorite Pilates studio in DFW! I’ve been to just about every Pilates class I could find and Reformed is by far my favorite. The instructors are phenomenal and the class format/structure is so intentional. I love that I always get a full body workout. I absolutely love Reformed Pilates! Since starting my membership, I’ve been going almost every day because it’s just that fun and rewarding. The instructors are all incredible—so kind, supportive, and truly amazing at what they do. They make every class enjoyable while still challenging me to improve. The workouts are creative, energizing, and have helped me build strength I never knew I had—I’ve truly never felt stronger. I can’t recommend Reformed Pilates enough—it’s hands down one of the best parts of my day!

I’ve loved adding this into my workout routine over the last couple of months. The workouts are challenging but the instructors do a great job of providing modifications and challenges if you’re ready to step it up. While each instructor has their own style, I haven’t taken a bad class. You can schedule based on instructor or time slot, so if you’re a person who likes a specific instructor, they have you covered. Always a great workout, easy to follow along and I feel very safe. The studio is immaculate and brand new. I also love that they give milestone gifts to celebrate your work as you complete classes. It’s become a daily routine for me and really enjoy it!

I took classes on two separate occasions with two separate instructors. Neither time did either instructor come to me to introduce themselves or ask if there were any modifications/past surgeries/etc. During each class I had the instructor come over to me and literally say "you are on the wrong springs." When I explained that I needed a modification the instructor just repeated, "you are on the wrong springs, do you want me to change them." The instructor made no effort to ask what I need a modification for or to help me with a modification, thankfully I have done reformer classes long enough that I know how to adjust. Both instructors were extremely rude and after the interactions totally dismissed me. After the second class I went up to the instructor and apologized if I came off firm but that I just needed to modify the move. She then told me, "well, you were laying wrong too." I took both interactions as the instructors being very young and incapable of working with a member or client outside of a box that they were trained. Given how many amazing Pilates Reformer studios there are in the area I would definitely go to other ones over Reformed Pilates given the immaturity and inexperience of instructors.

I called and said I would be late, traffic happened, they were aware. Once I got there and got on the reformer I was told I couldn’t take class because I was over 5 minutes late. I understand that’s the policy to not be late but I was ON THE MACHINE and it’s never been a habit of mine. I really wanted to be a member there for a long time and make it part of my routine but this was ridiculous. I have worked at gyms and would never treat a paying member like this.
The floor is filthy, sweep between classes.

My wife went here twice and both times she came home visibly upset. She said the instructors were rude, the floor was filthy, and the class was not enjoyable. For $40 a class, I would like her to have a nice experience. This was a rip off. I'm glad she took my advice and didn't join and get a membership here.

Posting on behalf of a friend since Reformed Pilates deleted her review

I was super excited for Reformed Pilates to come to Allen. However my experience has been far from positive. I participated in the community classes and VIP Week. Most of the instructors are good. However I had multiple negative experiences with Caty F. She definitely showed preferential treatment to people for no reason. I truthfully don’t think this studio will succeed due to nothing being unique in comparison to the other studios in the area.

My experience at Reformed has been truly amazing! They’ve only had a soft opening here in Fairview and I’ve only had a few classes, but Aleena, Colby, Lauren, Kaitlin and the whole crew have been so attentive and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re getting what you need. I’m a a little heavier, slower, and I have a knee injury. They were so willing to work with me on accommodations to make sure I’m engaging the same muscle groups as the rest of the class while working around my injury limitations. There’s always a helper walking around during the class to help out with your form or to show you a better way. I’ve not seen that at other studios. Definitely hooked me. I’m staying with reformed.

Not anywhere I would work out gain. Rude staff and nowhere to put your purse or personal items. Floor and restroom were dirty. Workout was all over the place and made no sense. I usually go to Session and I will stick with it there. Much cleaner inside and nicer staff.
