Joining Region Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness journey. This gym isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a true community. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and supportive at every level.
What truly sets Region Fitness apart are the amazing coaches: Eddie, Jill, and Catherine. Each of them brings something special, and together they create an environment where everyone feels encouraged to push their limits.
Coach Eddie always pushes you to give your best, and somehow makes it fun every time. His energy and motivation are unmatched.
Coach Jill is all about form perfection—she’s constantly helping everyone fine-tune their technique to stay safe and get stronger.
Coach Catherine brings such contagious energy to every class. You can’t help but be motivated when she’s leading.
Whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years, this gym and this coaching team will help you level up. Can’t recommend Region Fitness enough!

Eddie and the entire team at Region 3 are genuinely incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel supported, encouraged, and motivated. I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years, but Region 3 is truly something special. The environment here is both welcoming and energizing—perfect whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete.
What really sets Region 3 apart are the coaches. Eddie brings a calm focus and always knows just how to push you in the right way. Cat has an infectious energy that makes even the toughest workouts fly by, and Jill’s attention to form and technique is next-level. You can tell each of them genuinely cares about your progress and well-being, which makes all the difference.

Region 3 fitness has been by far my go-to place for a good workout. Eddie and his team of coaches are friendly and personable. The atmosphere is family-friendly. You will not get fake cheers like other studios. Here, you work out at your own pace to meet your goals. Great place for people who want to get started in their well-being journey and excellent place for seasoned athletes as well.

Best gym in SA! Most Classes are designed by the owner (Eddie) so this isn’t a cookie cutter type place where the workouts are monotonous. Eddie also runs most workouts and he’s great at motivating and correcting form.

Calling this a gym is an understatement. Region 3 is more than a gym, it is a community of like-minded people that care about fitness, health, and nutrition. I have participated in multiple “boot camps”, have been a member of several gyms and this is by far the best results-driven workout facility that I have participated in. Whether it is the group exercise conditioning and total body workouts classes, or the running room, or the yoga class, Region 3 has the workout for you. The trainers are very experienced, personal and will assist you with form and technique. The members are welcoming of new members whether you are a first-time beginner or an experienced athlete.

Everything I could possibly want in a gym. Awesome community, amazing coaches and most of all - RESULTS! I love that I can work on something different everyday whether it be strength, conditioning or mobility. It really is an awesome concept and something I wish I would have done sooner.

I love the variety that this gym offers from Strength Training to Conditioning, the Treadmill classes as well as Yoga and Stretching! In addition there is nutritional guidance with knowledgeable coaches who walk the walk. Highly motivational trainers who keep it exciting and fun makes me want to keep coming back. The Trifecta Saturdays are a must!

My mom and I just started about a month or so ago and I was nervous she wasn’t gonna like it seeing that she was not very active beforehand. But she left with a smile on her face and saying how they made her feel so comfortable even though she was a little out of her element. Everyone is nice and welcoming and so eager to help you with any questions. They have different sessions at different times like yoga, strength training, and running classes. Love this gym!! Couldn’t recommend it enough

This place is by far the best environment to get a great workout. Besides having great trainers and very clean rooms the gym has 3 different rooms where you can get multiple workouts on the same day and not do the same thing. The place is extremely clean and the vibe is exceptional! Highly recommend anyone to try their 3 free classes to see for yourself.

At Region 3 Fitness you experience a complete Fitness program ranging from Strength training, Functional training to Aerobic fitness and Yoga. It's a fitness facility where you have many options and your training can come full circle. All you have to do is show up and your routine is already planned for you while you are coached by NASM, ACE and NCSF Certified Trainers. By far, the best and most complete fitness experience I've ever had.

Not like any other gym I’ve experienced. There are 3 different rooms (“regions”) all catered to your fitness goals and objectives with classes throughout the day lead by trained coaches and expert instructors. Workouts they pre-design every day to continue to challenge your body and keep the sessions from becoming repetitive. They also give you the lifestyle advice needed to continue improvements while you’re outside the gym. Seriously, if you show up, you will see results.
