From the start, my experience at this gym has been disappointing because of the staff’s lack of professionalism and communication. When I first signed up, the employee didn’t give me a tour, didn’t explain any of the gym rules, and had a terrible attitude the entire time. That first interaction set the tone, and honestly, it’s the staff’s fault that my experience here has been so negative.
The second issue happened when I asked for a towel at the front desk. Instead of politely explaining the policy, the staff argued with me and were rude about it. Only after another employee stepped in did I finally learn that the towels couldn’t be used on gym equipment. That information should have been made clear from the beginning — not after being treated disrespectfully.
Then came the third incident, when a staff member came up to me with an attitude, telling me to re-rack the weights and saying there would be an extra charge. She could have easily spoken to me respectfully or mentioned it when I was still at the rack, but instead, her approach was unnecessarily rude.
To make things worse, I didn’t even know the gym had a body scanner until two months into my membership — again, something that should have been explained at sign-up.
All of these issues stem from poor communication and rude behavior from the staff. If they had taken the time to properly explain the rules, policies, and amenities from the beginning, none of this would have happened. It’s not the members’ fault for not knowing what was never explained.

By far the best gym in town and around Texas. From staff to equipment to culture to cleanliness. The staff super friendly, the gym has great and ample equipment (Pro grade) always cleaning, and now they even have a Protein Shake bar! Keep it up guys..

Best gym in town. Super clean, unique equipment, well maintained, and the environment just makes you want to really push yourself to have a good workout. The only problem you will have with this gym is that you didn't sign up sooner.

Owners and staff are fantastically knowledgeable beyond belief. Comfortable and perfect setting for a workout of any sort. They are adding even more so it will accommodate pretty much anything that you could possibly need in a gym setting.

Its bitter sweet to have this gym the town over but it's closer to work.
Definitely a great environment and good vibes.
Leg machines are where it's at for me. I love that after expanding, they revised the layout to be a bit better.
I normally wipe equipment before and after everywhere I go but it's the norm to do it here for everyone along with reracking weights.

Not only is this the best gym in west texas but one of the best you will find in general. Owners are great always stay up to date with cleaning and maintenance. Very clear and uprfront with all pricing and fees. All staff are friendly happy to help. My personal favorite is all of the amazing specialty equipment that is hard to find in almost any gym. All in all worth every penny you pay if you're serious about getting in the best shape of your life. 10/10 recommend

This is a given from the day Jeff told me he had something in the works for a gym I was ready, without a doubt it is the best gym in midland/odessa. Seeing the process of this gym and what it was to what it is now absolutely blows my mind, Jeff and Pam had a goal in mind and absolutely crushed it and they aren’t even done yet.

I absolutely love this gym. They have a bootie room!! Absolutely the best gym I have ever worked out at. Hi Teck Equipment, plenty of cardio machines, and they just expanded, so there is more room, weights, and equipment!! 💥💪 They have a dry sauna, clean bathrooms, & Showers. Toilets automatically flush.
They have a barbershop, a spray tan professional, Botox injector, and a Lash Girl.

Visited today, staff took the time to show me around. Mentioned all the details of the equipment as well as the coming soon projects. Only negative thing I can say is, I wish there was a 2nd location closer to me. Look forward to their eventual growth. Love the addition of 1st Phorm and Evogen supplements!

Very impressive!! The Gym for serious people it’s definitely not like these commercial gyms. I highly recommend training here , the owners are super welcoming and knowledgeable on everything to supplements, dietary you name it they know it !!!
