Jake was my trainer for 7 months and he did an incredible job. He made sure that each rep and exercise was effective and you are able to get the most out of it. I had 30 min sessions with him and he utilized the time to ensure you were being challenged in your workout to see the results you want for yourself. He did a great job educating me on why the particular exercise was important for your body and always changed up the routine to target other muscle groups you don’t usually think of when you workout. I highly recommend him as a trainer because I learned so much about body posture when performing an exercise, pushing yourself to the limits, and seeing great results.

I’ve been training with Jake for close to a year now and it has been a very positive journey so far.
I’ve always been wary of starting a personal trainer relationship as some tend to be extremely pushy but Jake continues to remain a true professional to his craft with the client’s interest at heart.
While I only end up training with him once a week because of work schedules, he makes it a point to check-in on me every weekend on how the week went (exercise, diet, stress etc) using an app and coaches me on how to aim to improve on the upcoming week.

I would highly recommend Jake regardless of where you are in your fitness and wellbeing journey!
