We are a local Boxing Gym that offers both kids and adult classes. We also offer personal one on one training specializing in boxing and weight loss. We work with both pro and amateurs from all backgrounds. Boys and girls are both welcome.

Love this place! Very humble, very old school, coaches are most definitely involved with their fighters and reaching their individual future goals! My 8 yr old daughter is also slowly growing to be more involved with no force, my support and her childrens coach Mo is great with the kids!, they get down here nothing but serious business. Love them. Hoping for a long run here for my baby girl
