About the Club

My wife Amber & I LOVE working with people & helping them be the best they can be! We've been in the fitness industry for 20 years now, training a full spectrum of clients from professional athletes, to celebrities, to individuals just beginning to learn about fitness and their physical body. With a Sports Medicine Degree from Northwestern, and Master Certifications from ISSA, NASM, ASFA, and ACE, we have the knowledge and ability to communicate, listen, inspire, and personalize each program to suit your individual needs. We hope we get the opportunity to work with you! One promise I make to all my clients is that we will give you our very best, and you should expect nothing less. "It's your body. It's your future. If you work out with Richard and Amber you are getting so much more than personal trainers. You are getting two human beings who are rooting for you to succeed. You are getting an ear to whatever may be going on for you in a given week. For me, fitness is much more than the physical work one does. Success comes easier when working with people on a personal level. That is what you get with Richard and Amber. They are going to push you, physically, but around that you are going to get the emotional support and encouragement that will brighten you day and leave you ready to tackle whatever challenges lay ahead when you step out of that gym. I can't recommend them enough.

He developed a personal workout for me and walked me through each step. He provided nutritional, and supplemental guidelines that were really helpful to my success. Amber and Richard are both amazing! My husband and I have both trained with them for a year and and half. They have trained some of the biggest A-list stars in LA, and I’m so glad they moved to Texas! They are the best DFW has to offer! They have a very private training facility where I show up and my favorite music is always playing when I walk in. They spend so much time getting to know you and your interests and goals! Every workout is different and fun and targeted for the best results. They’ll make you laugh, they’ll make you cry (in a good pain sort of way), and most of all they’ll get you in the best shape of your life :) We love them for changing our lives and whipping us into shape!

Richard’s and Ambers gym is so awesome. It’s clean and always sanitized after use of equipment . It’s so easy to get to the gym. I can walk there from my condo on the trinity river trail and if I want to drive there it’s only a 5-8 minute drive for me as I live in sundance square. It has a lot of space for your one on one training with the best personal trainers you will find. Amber and Richard are very committed to providing the best workout sessions in a clean, sanitized , temperature controlled , well ventilated and well lit gym with state of the art equipment with 2 of the best trainers you will find. Location is ideal and easy to get to so don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Awesome gym for sure!

Its not just the same standard workouts you can get online but the custom plans tailored to your needs really shows the level of attention he pays to his clients. Richard is terrific! He makes training feel accessible for me, I’ve never worked with a trainer before and was unsure if I would like it. I was out of shape, self conscious and uncomfortable going to the gym when I started with Richard a few months ago. Richard is very patient, cheerful and knowledgeable which keeps sessions fun and interesting even though they are challenging. He pushes me and holds me accountable in a positive, honest and supportive way that has really increased my confidence at the gym along with my physical fitness.
