Richardson Fit Body Forever is a small-group fitness program designed exclusively for active adults 55+ who want to build strength, improve stamina, and increase balance — so they can move better, feel stronger, and enjoy more of what they love in life.
Our award-winning program is led by certified personal trainers who specialize in senior fitness, creating safe, effective, and fun workouts in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.

What a great gym! This is the first gym where I’ve actually enjoyed working out and kept consistent with my workout schedule! This gym is built around class-based workouts, focused on HIT and strengthening exercises. Membership is required, and members sign up for reserved spots in classes. Memberships are of 2 types: a regular Fit Body “Boot Camp” and Over-55 “Fitbody Family Forever” classes, and are led by 2 trainers. The gym has a wide and interesting variety of equipment, which helps to maintain my interest in the workouts. Each session is designed with exercise stations with options to increase or decrease intensity as needed. Exercise routines are set to timed periods of “on” and “rest”, which I also find motivating. Trainers teach the exercises, offer corrections as needed, and motivate throughout the session. They are well-trained on correcting form to protect from injury and maximize positive impact from the exercises. Fit Body Boot Camp (the actual gym name) in Richardson offers 2 types of classes - all ages HIT / weights (“Boot Camp”) and “Fitbody Forever” (55 and up, focused on weight / strengthening to promote muscle and bone strengthening plus some cardiovascular exercises mixed in). I attend the 55 and up classes and have never felt better in years! I am stronger, and my cardio health has significantly improved! The classes are fun (imagine that) despite being challenging, the atmosphere among group members and trainers is encouraging and supportive. Trainers are very positive and help class members feel motivated regardless of level of training. You do not need experience to attend this gym. The gym is clean and equipment is carried and in excellent shape. Trial memberships may be available before fully committing. I highly recommend Fitbody Richardson!

I finally found an exercise facility for 55+ that I absolutely LOVE!!! The classes at RICHARDSON FIT BODY FOREVER are 45 minutes plus warmup and cooldown stretching. We usually move through 6-8 exercise stations with 3 or 4 of us at each station, completing 2 full rotations each class. We are reminded to introduce ourselves to our station buddies, making it a super friendly & happy place. I have been attending 2 months and have not repeated any exercises yet; I love the variety with all the different equipment! My mind is getting a workout too, and classes are never boring. My 2 well-trained, FABULOUS coaches, Sarah and Brie, are so encouraging as they move around the room correcting posture and form. The individual attention is wonderful. I have some health issues and they always are quick to help with any necessary modifications. Oh, and I love, love, LOVE the rocking background music! 🥰

Before I came to Fit Body, I was tired of carrying all my poor previous excess choices around on me. I knew I needed help making changes. I wasn’t doing it alone and that’s when I made the decision to partner up with Fit Body.
The coaches first learned my name, encouraged me and welcomed me with a smile. I love that they have an open door policy that comes with a plan filled with a ton of knowledge and experience! When I have felt like giving up, they have refused to give up on me.
I love all the fun challenges, the swag attire, great workout music, the coaching to make sure we’re doing the exercises correctly, the fun atmosphere and all the friendships I’ve made along the way. It makes me want to keep coming back for more. You know what doesn’t want to come back - the 20 lbs I have lost!
With a simple touch of a button in the booking app, I make sure I always set myself up for success to get my sessions in Monday - Friday. I plan to keep being consistent with Fit Body!

Being over 60, I was tired of attending boot camp classes where I was working out among much younger people - too hard to keep up! Then I found Fit Body Forever in Richardson! It’s a group class geared toward the 55 and over crowd and is a blend of strength and cardio training. Feeling energized? You can make your workout more challenging by increasing your weights or pace - there are at least two trainers on the floor to help as work your way through the routines. Or if you want to take things a little slower, the trainers help with an alternate routine - you can go at your own pace! The exercises change everyday so with the variety, the classes never get dull. Since I started taking these classes seven months ago, I’ve noticed an increase in my upper body strength plus my stamina/energy has improved - no more back aches when I take walks with my dogs! Fun classes with people my age while getting in shape! What are you waiting for?

Richardson’s Fitbody new fit body forever program for over 55 is in one word - Awesome! I’ve been a member of RFBBC for almost 3 years and I think this new program is the best yet. 1-2 Certified Coaches lead a small group through a series of exercises using weights and other tools. The emphasis is on muscle building mixed with cardio to bring you optimal results in only 45 min. 2-3 times per week. But the best thing is the friendly camaraderie of everyone cheering and supporting you to improve no matter where you are in fitness and weight. People of all sizes are valued and the coaches really care about you. Modifications are provided and nutritional counseling as well. Come on out and join us!

I took my first Fit Body Forever class with Coach Katie just over a month ago. I had stopped going to my old gym to workout during COVID due to health concerns, and knew I needed to get back to it in a safely socially-distanced environment. I finally found Fit Body Forever! It’s a program tailored to my workout needs - lots of room, a great motivational coach and assistants, well thought-out programs, nice varied equipment, a clean facility, and friendly welcoming new workout buddies. The fact that the program is for folks 55+ does not mean that it’s not a challenge. I’m definitely feeling it! It’s an approach that considers not just exercise, but nutrition too, to ensure you do everything you can to maintain your fit body… forever.
