I recently completed my 1,000th class at Rise Collective Wellness. I have been a member for over 8 years so this milestone did not happen fast. It is a compilatuon of weekly intentions to work out 3 times or more each week. That’s been my goal for years. I look at my schedule and see when I can make it happen then block off the time for myself. Small changes to your lifestyle add up to big successes over time. I am healthier and more fit in my 40s than I ever was in my 30s.

The best part is the friends I’ve made along the way, that I didn’t even know I needed. The community at Rise is truly special. It is a group of women with one commonality- we want to be healthier through movement. No comparisons or competition- it’s about encouragement and doing your best in that moment. Many times I have not wanted to wake up early to squeeze in a workout, but the positive energy at the studio always transforms my mood and I push myself to do more. I am so grateful for the instructors and members who make this place not just a workout studio but a community who celebrates one another’s successes and also pulls you up when are down.

For any of my friends who want to try a free class, click the link below and come join me! Barre, Cycle, Yoga and Strength (weights)- I do it all.

If you are looking for community of uplifting, supportive and friendly women, Rise Collective Wellness is a place for you! It took me some time to find the right fitness place for me when I first moved to Texas but the moment you walk through the doors, it feels like family. Every single class is challenging and fun, filled with lots of laughs and smiles! I truly enjoy each day I get to go to Rise! It has become my home away from home.

Rise Collective Wellness is the BEST place I have ever worked out! With barre, cycle, strength, and yoga classes, you will never be bored. Each class is unique and always changing so you are constantly being challenged. The instructors are SO amazing and make you feel strong in all you do. But probably my favorite thing about this studio is the people who you work out with. Everyone is there to encourage each other, have fun, and also get an amazing workout! I highly recommend giving them a try!

Multiple amazing women I knew mentioned Rise to me over the past two years. They finally got me to try out a class last August and I was hooked! There was no pressure just encouragement to set goals and reach them! The Rise trainer team, the classes, the members, everyone is warm and welcoming. I look forward to my workouts since there is a variety of classes and trainers it never is boring! There is something truly different about this studio!

I have been going to the studio for years (I think about 8 years), my daughter went to the childcare and is finishing up 5th grade this year. I actually tried the studio out because of the childcare.

I started with Barre and was not really interested to try cycle. But Leah encouraged me to “just try it.” And I loved it!
I have tried all the different classes and really do enjoy them.

I have found the instructors to be helpful, encouraging, supportive, and challenging. I have had to modify workouts. They have helped me do workouts to still workout that muscle but maybe in a different way to accommodate my injuries. I love how I feel challenged but also reminded to listen to my body and do what I can do, not my neighbor.

And the people working out with me: kind, funny, and motivated.

There really is a wonderful community at RISE!

I had labeled myself as a ‘non gym person’ before joining Rise. I hated working out and felt out of place in those types of settings. But Rise is just different. It’s an inclusive, come as you are community, and I ALWAYS feel welcome. Instructors focus on strengthening and taking care of your own body for the long run. There’s no comparison or competition only encouragement. Barre, Cardio, strength training, yoga, nutrition - they offer whatever you need to reach your goals, big or small. On top of all that, it’s just a really FUN place to work out. So here I am, a former ‘non gym person’ who now gets excited to plan my week around my favorite Rise classes. Someone who hated working out, now can’t live without it. I’m grateful to Rise for changing how I viewed exercise and my health. They’ve made it easy to invest in myself - becoming and staying strong so I can enjoy all the things I want to do in my life now and as I grow older.

I've been going to RISE for several years and almost have taken 500 classes! Every class is just as challenging as it was in the beginning... but in a good way! As you get stronger, you find more ways to challenge yourself deeper. The staff and community as a whole are very welcoming and encouraging and just FUN! They also offer childcare which is great for mommas with littles. I wouldn't take my children to just any gym but at RISE I feel completely comfortable. If you are new to exercising or a seasoned athlete, you will feel right at home here!

I LOVE Rise and all that goes with it from Christina, the owner, to all the staff, to the space, to the community of people that it has and continues to attract. From flexible timings to a wide variety of classes (barre, cycle, strength, and yoga), and optional nutritional support, the experience at Rise is truly holistic. What is also so neat is that all the instructors also take classes at the studio, which highlights that as they teach, there is a continuing drive to improve, learn, and live health.

I have always held a preference for outdoor workouts and historically lose interest in gyms within 2-3 weeks of joining. Classes at big gyms felt impersonal and the times were often inconvenient. 4 months ago I was invited to try a free class at Rise and I’ve been going ever since. It’s a multigenerational gym that has a fantastic variety of classes & class times that fit every schedule. The culture they’ve created is a “vibe” and it draws you in. Best part: after just 4 months I have noticed significant gains in my flexibility, core, and overall strength. Come see us at Rise Collective Wellness!

I wasn’t sure if I would ever be a “barre girl”, but after 4 years, it’s official - I am one of the groupies. I joined in January 2020 and this community of women only became stronger after the lock downs and reopening. I didn’t know how to do a single skill walking in the first time. The instructors were patient in their explanations as well as walking beside me to show me and correcting incorrect form. The other women have become my friends and a support system. Especially having my children in school and working from home, this is my outlet during long days. The owner, Christina is welcoming, encouraging and challenging! As a 40 something year old, I am stronger and more determined to stay fit and active so I can support my family in the years ahead.

It’s been about a year that I have been attending Rise, Mon-Fri at the 5:45am class! If you are skeptical and want to try it out for yourself…I guarantee, you won’t regret it! From the minute you walk into that door you can trust that the instructors will guide you into one of the most effective but intentional workouts that will become addictive and enjoyable! I’ve been going to Rise since last August. I’m 61 years old, and nowhere close to being in shape. Rise doesn’t make me feel out of place. It is a very welcoming community. They offer many types of classes to pick from- cycle, strength, barre, gentle barre, yoga.
Cycle and strength are my favorites! They offer classes throughout the day. Everyday.
You work at your own pace and skill level. The upbeat and nice instructors will provide you with encouragement and any technique adjustments. It is a good workout. Most classes are 45 minutes. If you ask me, it is the best bang for your buck. No lingering in a gym for hours.
I highly recommend Rise if you are looking for a new place to work out, or start to work out. Great Workout - Great Community.

I wish I could give 10 stars to RISE. Initially I was referred here by my physical therapist, as a part of my rehab program for a very stubborn rotator cuff strain. I found SO MUCH MORE than a place to rehab my injury. As a former college athlete I wasn't sure what to expect with these workouts but don't be fooled - their workouts are TOUGH but so rewarding. Every single instructor I've encountered has been amazing. They are all so attentive and quick to help you adapt to make the workout work for you. Since coming here, I've rehabbed my way back onto my road bike and found a new appreciation for a workout style that is SO DIFFERENT than what I originally associated with getting results. Give this place a try - you'll only be sorry you didn't come sooner.

If I could give Christina Vance and her studio a zero I would. I went to Vance to tell her I couldn’t keep up with the contract I signed a week before covid started. It was like 2 years later, my family lost a group member who died, I was having to pay for mental health services for my kids and after life expenses. Vance didn’t care, she just desperately wanted all of the details in my personal life that I was uncomfortable sharing and didn’t feel like she had earned the right to hear about my life. It’s a studio for women who want to feel like “cool immature girls and females” while others are dealing with human events. She sent my contract to collections, which is fine, but every time the collection agency calls or I get a dumb email for Vance about not paying I just remember the loss of my family member. It is a terrible reminder, but I guess it’s more important for Vance to feel good about herself then really try to care about a person she doesn’t have anything in common with.

Do yourself a favor and get into this studio. I tried Dailey for the first time in 2016, and can’t stay away. I am a long-time runner and very picky when it comes to my exercise regimen. I'm so glad this place was recommended to me over two years ago as it's one of the highlights of living in the area. The owner Christina is so vested in each student and she has created such a welcoming environment no matter your skill level.

I’ve been at The Dailey Method for almost two years now and I love it even more now then when I first signed up. The workout outs are challenging and super effective. But the best part by far about the studio is its wonderful since of community.

I love the studio and all of the instructors. The workouts are challenging but don’t leave you feeling sore, which is great. If you want to burn 300-500 calories in one class and have a great time doing it then this is your place!

This is a fabulous studio. All of the staff are friendly, super supportive, and positive. Christina has taken her time to personally check on our experience. The barre classes are energetic and challenging. The instructors keep you motivated, engaged, and offer helpful ways of modifying tough movements. The cycle studio is just the right size. It fits enough people and you are still able to have the interaction with the instructor. Beyond that they support healthy lifestyles, well-being, and balanced nutrition.

I am in love with The Dailey Method! The studio is bright and airy. Everyone who works there is friendly, approachable, and informative. The classes are intense, but in such a good way. The instructors are so hands on, you truly feel like they care about your form and improvement. The classes are always busy, which to me shows that people really enjoy coming here!

This is really a good place. The Barre classes are strenuous, but if you are out of shape, like I am :- ), they show you modifications to make the classes doable. Very friendly, very clean, and several classes each week to find times convenient for you.
