Ritual Moves is a must-try for all movers in Austin. The studio is gorgeous. All the formats are so unique yet invigorating, exciting, and embodied. Every class is as much of a cinematic experience as it is a challenging workout.

The founder also hosted a fabulous retreat earlier this year in Mexico (Kati if you’re reading this, please do more). I can personally attest to the premium quality of her teacher training programs as well.

Ritual Moves was the missing piece - for my practice, my goals and my nervous system. Moving to Austin I had concerns about finding my new home Pilates studio and was seeking out a embodied approach to classical/contemporary program for my Mat & Reformer teacher training and I found it here all-in-one. Kati (the owner) has curated a safe space for you to expand/take up room, grow & nurture yourself… and leave feeling like you did the work you needed for that day. Each instructor adds their own to the classes but hones in on the foundations of Ritual Moves. Each class has a well-thought out flow and intentional movements. A place to learn how to truly connect to your body, challenge yourself at your pace and leave feeling better than when you walked in. The studio aesthetic is gorgeous, calming, consistent… no judgement.

When it came to choosing a program to earn my certification in, yes, I wanted a classic/contemporary style but also a true connection to myself and those I would be teaching. Pilates is so much more than just a workout for me and the training needed to mirror that. The teacher training gives you a classical approach but builds into contemporary style training. You are provided with the necessary tools, completed at your own pace & given all the support + access to the studio and Kati. As someone who has done extensive research and chose to do both the Mat & Reformer trainings I am confident that I found the best options for my needs & for the style I wish to teach and grow in.

Ritual Moves is truly one of a kind, both in its studio and its method. Every instructor cultivates a welcoming, diverse, and healing environment that encourages people to move in the way their bodies need. It’s one of the first studios I’ve experienced where that kind of freedom and embodiment is emphasized, and because of it, I’ve grown tremendously, both physically and emotionally.

The environment was so inspiring that I chose to join the Embodied Mat and Reformer Teacher Training. Absolutely the best workout studio I’ve been to! The teachers are amazing, love that they demo all the moves so you can easily follow along.

Body High is such a unique/fun class (on mat or reformer—you MUST try both), have never experienced anything quite like it!

Love this studio! I just moved to Austin and tried several other pilates studios before committing to a membership, and when I tried Ritual Moves for the first time I knew this would be the studio for me. I love their classes, but what I Iove the most is that every instructor is so knowledgeable and guides you through every move. Flow Pilates has the best pilates class in town! It’s a small studio - perfect during the pandemic - and it feels really comfortable taking a private class here. She’s taken precautions seriously. You can schedule private reformer classes with 1-3 people and Kati tailors the class to your needs! I’ve been coming to her studio regularly for over a year and have loved it so much. If you can’t make it to the studio, her virtual video workouts are just as great! You’ll always find a great workout here.

I've been going to Flow regularly for over a year and highly recommend it for small group Pilates classes. I've taken reformer and mat classes at Flow and all have been great. Kati always provides modifications to make things easier or harder and is very good about making adjustments to ensure proper technique. Kati has taken safety precautions very seriously during the pandemic (limiting class sizes to max 3, requiring masks, keeping distance, cleaning equipment, etc.) and has started offering online classes which are engaging and challenging.
