My son and I had a wonderful experience training with Rey at RJ Fitness Foundation. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always motivated us to do our best. His encouragement and positive energy made every session enjoyable and productive. We truly appreciate the care and attention he put into each workout, always focusing on proper technique and our individual needs. We drove over an hour for our sessions, and it was worth it every time. We highly recommend Rey to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate trainer.
