Good gym been going for over 10 years. No problems. Maybe some of the barbells can be replaced as some are bent. It’s not state of the art but it’s my reliable gym of choice when I do go to a public gym.

Been waiting for the new gym for about a year now. The water is hot with a taste of minerals. The barbells are crooked. The weights are falling off one side of the curl bars and dumbbells. Oh yeah and you can’t deadlift heavy because it disturbs the people around you so make sure you put a mat underneath the weights you’re lifting. Defeats the purpose of the floor they have at the gym.

I go here only out of convenience. It's close to my house vs. tiple further to PF. Roca is amost always dark, dirty and small. Too many people at the free weights that are never re-racked. TV's are projected to white wall vs flat screens. Cable machines missing basic needs, like hooks for different handles. wi-fi only works by the front of building. Also, men's shower curtains are either always ripped in shreds or missing. Other than that, it's a gym. Nothing like PF, Tigua Fitness or even Anytime. I take my headphones, bring my own music, mind my own buisness, get my workout in and leave.

Staff is nice and cool. Never have a problem waiting for machines or Benches. I've been going to this gym for almost two years and don't think on changing that anytime soon. Music doesn't bother me because I wear headphones.

Been coming to this gym on and off for about 6 years. The treadmills are almost always worn out, you must be very careful not run that fast or because the machine will make loud noises (im not morbidly obese btw) the bands of these machines are loose so you always run with caution. There are about 3 machines that are newer than the rest and of course people already know about these so they are taken. Ive encountered billing issues with them all the time, folks are always complaining about billing issues. Their corporate office lack integrity when you attempt to dispute charges they remind you that you’ve signed a contract with them so you can shut up and take the charges their corporate offices are on the far west side. Staff (non managers) are friendly you can tell they’re just there following orders, the managers and supervisors are the same, the company is not really a good one their practices aren’t all that legit. I would try planet fitness or go with a pros at backstreet gym if you have the money. At pf you will encounter legit staff at great prices.

Just moved to el paso and this has to be the worst gym ive ever seen or been to. Eveything is disorganized and very limited equipment. Not to mention eveything is dirty. I dont understand how a business can be ran this way. Definitely not going to be a customer for long. You get what you pay for!

This place is a regular gym...it has a club atmosphere which makes it dark...but the equipment is in great shape.
Can't do anything about the people who can't follow a simple rule to rerack the weights.

It would be nice to get there and not see the employees cars parked at the entrances steps and along the yellow paint. The outside is ALWAYS littered with trash as well. It would also be helpful if they had more than one pair of dumbbells (25lbs-50lbs). It seems this gym has gone downhill fast. It has been gutted of half it's screens and projectors. Almost like they're waiting for their lease to be over and just close it. 🤔🤔🤔

Schiesty AF!! They are super nice when they're taking your money. But when they over charge you (as they did me) they we're super rude and I never got a refund.

When it came to renewal time I asked them repeatedly not to call me at work, they didn't care and did it anyways.

I finally told them I signed up with another gym, the chick hung up on me.

Was charged twice 2 months in a row. The first month was told I wouldn't get charged for the next month, yet I was. I like going here, except the staff allowed a lot of "non-members" in and after a while it got to the point, you could get on the machines. The weight pins were always missing, the music sucked and I just stopped going as it wasn't worth my time. What should have taken 1 hr a day ended up being 2.
