Been coming here for about a year, it’s been a solid experience. It may not be the biggest gym, but it’s laid back and people here are very welcoming. Membership is very affordable and offers 24/7 access. This has been my go to gym in Lubbock.

Despite not being a resident of Lubbock, I have had the opportunity to visit several gyms in the area, and Rock Solid Gym distinguishes itself from the rest. Situated in a secluded location on the east side of Lubbock, adjacent to MLK Lake, the gym offers an ideal environment for both running and weightlifting. The gym's staff and owner exude a genuine and welcoming demeanor, readily providing the necessary equipment for maintaining fitness during my time in Lubbock. Furthermore, the gym's ambiance is characterized by a traditional and focused atmosphere devoid of distractions, where patrons are singularly dedicated to their fitness pursuits.

Laid back atmosphere. Clean fitness area and bathrooms. Live classes (meaning adrenaline pumping, positive energy MOTIVATION) people are welcoming and kind to newbies. (Very accepting of COVID weight gain 😜) I was SOOO overjoyed to see other women who look like me in weight. 💗✊🏼💪🏼🔥 I actually saw my cousin when I was signing up. I asked him why he joined this location. He said, "Man no one is fighting you for weight machines. I just left a MAJOR nationwide gym. Here everyone is cool". Enough said..... I signed up! Oh, and IT REALLY IS 24HOURS.... I stay woke all hours and it's great that I can pop in at 2am to work out with no hassles. Come one and all!!! #babywallacefacts

Great Gym!!! I was very impressed with my visit to Rocc Solid Fitness! The atmosphere was pleasant. The customer service was great. And the facility has everything one might need to get into peak physical condition. I saw the owner working one on one with an elderly person and I was very impressed with the patience he exhibited as well as the way he encouraged her. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a non judgmental gym that offers you the very best!
