Update: They have partnered with Quitman Chiropractic and now have chiropractic and acupuncture services along with some rehab therapies. Definitely the best gym in Quitman!
I enjoy working out and also joining in on group classes like strength/conditioning. The owner is great and goes out of her way to help you feel comfortable so you can achieve all your goals. I train with Joel Landers there, and he's fantastic! Highly recommend!

The owner of the gym is completely hypocritical in her rules and policies. Cancelled my membership for working out without a key fob, which, under normal rules, would be fine, but the difference is, her, her husband, and the personal trainer all let me in to work out without a key fob on multiple occasions while I was in the processing of searching for my lost/stolen one.

it wasn't until I showed up to work out with no one else in the gym that she told me she had a problem with it. Demanded 10 dollars from me or else I couldn't work out.

I left the gym, posted a bad review and then got a cancelation notice for "not following policies".

no partial refund was given for the remaining 16 days of membership.

Find a bigger gym. Family-run gyms are run poorly.

I've had memberships to many different gyms before moving to Quitman, so I know exactly what I want in a gym. This gym is routinely kept clean and the machines are kept in working condition. The staff is both friendly and helpful. Another thing I can appreciate about the owners are that they work hard to keep the place enjoyable for all the paying members.

I’ve been working out at Rock Solid for two years now. The gym is one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in! The owners are friendly, encouraging and professional. They don’t put up with people sneaking others in without paying. ALL of the classes have been enthusiastic and helpful. I also workout with Ruthie and Brooke weekly. They both take their time to instruct and encourage me to give it my all. If you’re looking for a place to release some COVID stress, Rock Solid is the place for you!

Rock Solid Fitness is a great small-town gym. The facility is clean and offers a wide variety of strength training equipment, cardio machines and a huge area In back with several other workout/exercise options. The staff is friendly and helpful. Posting on Facebook about “disrespectful kids” is unprofessional. I tried to explain myself, you didn’t want to hear the explanation and said I wasn’t telling the truth. You proceed to threaten to call the cops rather then having a civil conversation, and then proceed tell me that I am lieing. Posting on social media about something that is going on at work shows how unprofessional you really are. I don’t recommend going here.. it was a horrible experience. :)
