Jeannette is the best!! I told her I wanted to start working out with my boyfriend but was nervous and needed to learn good workouts and techniques fit for me. She helped me feel comfortable with equipment/workouts I didn’t understand and always made sure I was using the correct form to insure I was working out the right muscles and avoid injuries. She is very knowledgeable and really good at explaining things to me when I feel confused. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident which is exactly why I went to her. 1000% recommend going to her especially if you’re anything like I was and intimidated to start your gym journey. Jeannette will seriously challenge you and work you hard which I loved. I seriously don’t think I could’ve gotten these results with anyone else she really listens to your needs and goals!

I started working with Jeanette in January 2024 to improve my nutrition. I dropped 10lbs in one month eating all day. :-) In the beginning it was a struggle to grocery shop but she made herself available for any questions I had and helped me through it. It's been an eye opening, liberating experience so far. Jeanette is very knowledgeable and passionate about the information she provides and is not judgemental at all. You can be honest with her and she will talk you through why you do what you do and guide you into making better choices. It's been an absolute pleasure working with and learning from her. About a year ago I stopped going to conventional gyms and groups and I started looking for a personal trainer to work with one on one. Because of some physical difficulties I was consistently in pain and injury after working out and I finally decided there has to be a better way. Since working with Jeannette for over a year I can say I highly recommend and value her. She figures out how to work around my physical difficulties to keep good form which in return allows me to get stronger without pain and injury. I enjoy working out now instead of dreading it. She is not only very knowledgeable in her craft, but has proven her success through her own fitness and wellness journey.

Training with Jeannette has changed my outlook on lifting, how I treat my body and my life. I have reached goals I never thought I could. I have built strength and muscle, cut fat and achieved dimension in my most desired areas (shoulders, glutes and AB’s). I love that the workouts are 30mins because it fits my busy schedule as a mom and business owner. Before her I would spend HOURS in the gym and not seeing the results I wanted. Now we have maximized my training schedule and I have more time in my day for those I love. I can not recommend Jeannette enough. She is an Amazing trainer but has also become a lifelong friend. I have been training and body building for about 2 years now and although I may still be considered new I noticed after 2 years it was getting more difficult to get a good pump like I use to and my muscle growth had started to slow down. After starting to train with Jeanette she corrected my form and deeply explained why we perfom certain exercises the way we do and how it targets each muscle group to maximize growth. After only 30 minutes with her I would have some of the best pumps of my life. Jeanette is very versatile and works with individuals in all stages of their fitness. Where do I even begin. Let’s be honest…. I absolutely hate working out. But after reading some posts on Facebook and good reviews I took the leap and met with Jeannette over a zoom call. She was super sweet and friendly and made me feel totally comfortable. We decided to go ahead and get me on both the nutrition and training plan. She has totally changed my out look of fueling my body not only for the energy but to actually work out at the gym with her. I feel so much stronger in my every day routine. And it’s a plus when my clothes start fitting a little better. I would recommend her hands down to any age group of people who need help with loosing that weight and getting into shape.

Jeannette is AWESOME!!!
I put on a lot of weight a couple of years ago. To get back in shape, I was training BJJ. Problem was that my weight kept fluctuating and I my strength was low (which got in the way of training).
Jeannette helped me with nutrition and Strength training. I'm losing the weight, better educated about my nutrition, and am stronger and more flexible than ever. Plus, working with her is a lot of FUN!!
Would definitely recommend whether you're trying to lose weight, grow mass, build strength, or improve overall health and feel great.

I used to work out religiously but never really knew what I was doing. I hit a plateau and no longer had the motivation. It was time to get over it and seek professional help.
Not only have I reached numerous goals, and still reaching them, but I have found a friend, a coach that pushes me, a workout buddy, and someone who doesn’t make me hate working out.
Is it hard? Yes. But it’s not supposed to be easy.
