LOVE my morning group training sessions with Trish & Anon. Every-time I leave the class I feel AMAZING & fired up ready to take on the day . Love the positive atmosphere, love the motivation, love the one on one form checking & support they offer . The only regret I have is waiting so long to join . If your looking for an experienced no BS training this is it !! From the time class starts to the very last minute they’re targeting full body training. I’ve been a gym rat for a year and still feel silly using machines , but since I’ve joined the classes with anon & Trish my confidence in the gym has boosted & helped with my form , getting me to the next level. 💪🏽

I enjoyed Root Lifestyle Fitness & Nutrition that I’m back again for second time to get back in shape!! Anon personal sessions are great and personalized to your goals. He holds you accountable and pushes you to go harder and get stronger. Second time around I am doing the group training and the community is great. I still get the same experience as my personal sessions with a great group of woman and men to workout with. Trish is also very sweet and a great addition!

I went one morning to try a free workout and was hooked after that. I didnt know what to expect, but Ive been with Root lifestyle for 2 months now and I love it. Trish is amazing! She really gets you going early in the morning. I love my workout family. We really do push one another at 6am in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout and a supportive workout family. ❤️

I have been training with Anon since January 2025. He has been AMAZING to work with. He is motivating and extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. In the 3 months we have been training I have noticed significant changes in my body. I am fresh out of a break up and I’m finally starting to feel comfortable in my body again. I have truly enjoyed working with Anon. He has helped keep me motivated and focused on both my exercise and my nutrition. Over my first 6 months I lost 30 pounds and 6 inches off of my waist. I simultaneously added muscle to my arms and legs while toning my stomach and glutes. He keeps your sessions fun and challenging and he is always encouraging. I have been training with Anon for about 2 months. I’m an overweight woman and needed much guidance on working out and nutrition. At first I was kinda hesitant about working with a trainer a man at that. Anon has been the Best trainer I could ask for! He truly knows his stuff. My initial goal was to just get moving and to increase my energy level and strength using weights. I’ve always been intimidated using weights at the gym, so I never came around to it. My girls introduced me to Root Lifestyle, and that’s where I began my weight training journey. Started training with Anon during our Root Camp fitness group in June & it has been life changing! I was hesitant with being 3 months post knee surgery & Anon was so attentive! So when you think of a trainer do you think will this person push me like I’m a pro athlete and now I may pass out because I think I’m out of shape?
THAT IS NOT THE CASE WITH ANON!!!! He is understanding of everyday life challenges that you may face, he is flexible with his training time, he does in gym training or virtual which is very helpful, he is patient as we all know this journey can be a long one, but he also motivates and pushes you because at the end of the day you decided to make this change and he will not let you lose sight of that. I will say having Anon as a personal trainer and nutritionists definitely has me looking at the menu 3times before ordering so when he checks in on my journey regularly; I can update him on positive changes to my eating habits for that week and I know I won’t be letting myself down or adding back unnecessary pounds. Let me tell you! If you have been questioning whether or not to try a trainer do it… and get Anon. He is amazing. I started training with him a several months ago and I am really glad I did. Not only is he an amazing trainer but he has become a friend as well. Initially we discussed my goals and he came up with a nutrition plan and work out plan for me. He got a feel for my level on the first workout and we have increased and progressed every day since. Each time we work out he pushes me to do “just one more than last time.” If I ask to try something new, we try it. In the time I have been working with him I have seen amazing results.
