Ross, Coach Dom, and the entire crew at Ross Fit are wonderful! Both of my kids participate in their workout classes and I believe that although the exercises can be difficult and/or challenging, they are positively encouraged by the coaches and other kiddos in the class to try their best.
I have witnessed strength training, agility training, conditioning, and other forms of workouts. The coaches are always changing up the movements and drills so the kids do not get bored and they always seem to be enjoying themselves while working up a sweat! Ross and his staff are great motivators and can even get a group of kiddos to show up on a Saturday morning to run hills for an hour! Thank you for providing this opportunity for my kids to stay strong and healthy!
