Stephanie's work out routines are intense and are constantly changing which I enjoy. The environment is comfortable, everyone is laid back. You get a lot done in a limited amount of time. And I can feel my endurance getting better.

i try going to the gym do diets by myself but until I join rs fitness i seen a huge difference. Stephanie as a trainer she is to the point and drive you to do your best and i would not have any other way. I would recommend to anyone.

My experience with Stephanie was great. She took the time to help me reach my goals. She is very driven and professional. I love working with her. Her gym is very clean and welcoming. If you are looking for a female trainer this is the place to go. She will not let you down!!! She has a great personality and wonderful people skills. Stephanie you rock!!!!!

I have been training at RS Fitness for about 3-4 weeks now and I am very impressed with their fitness regimen! You never do the same set of workouts twice! Rudy and Stephanie are very personable, they make sure you are doing the exercises the correct way and also push you to challenge yourself in a good way!!! They are awesome trainers to work it!!!!

Stephanie is a very competent and talented trainer. She creates a safe and comfortable environment for all her clients. YOU WILL see results and once you do- you will be motivated to keep coming. Stephanie listens to yours needs and makes sure you are doing all the exercises correctly, to avoid any injuries. RS has a fun environment for everyone with different exercises routines. I highly, highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to feel and look good!
