I’ve been taking Sculpt classes for a while now, and I honestly love them! Sculpt makes me feel stronger every week.

Sweat class is not a joke it will definitely make you work! It's high-energy, fun, and you feel every minute of it in the best way! I love love this class so much!!!

I’ve been going to S2 studio for a little while now, and I completely love it. Every time I come in, the space is super clean, the energy is positive, and everyone, from the instructors to the staff, is so kind and welcoming. It really feels like a five-star place. I actually told my mom about how much I enjoyed it, and she decided to try a class too. We were both really excited and motivated to go together. We took a class with Taylor, and while I understand that teaching can be challenging, especially when someone’s new or there’s a language barrier, something happened that left us both feeling a little disappointed. During the class, I noticed that the instructor rolled her eyes and sighed at my mom. I also heard the sigh through her microphone, so it was very clear. My mom felt really discouraged after that, she didn’t even want to finish the class. I completely understand that miscommunication can be frustrating, and maybe there were other factors involved, like the class level or timing. But still, as an instructor, a little extra patience and kindness can make such a big difference,especially when someone’s new and trying their best. I want to be clear that I still love this place and plan to keep coming because every other class I’ve taken has been wonderful. I just hope this feedback helps make sure every client especially newcomers feels as welcome and encouraged as I have during my other visits.

I’ve been hitting up S2 since moving to Round Rock in February, and honestly — it’s the best workout and community I’ve ever been part of.

After taking over a year off workouts for medical reasons, I was super nervous to jump back in. But the S2 crew made me feel so welcomed and supported from day one that I just kept showing up.

The Sculpt classes are legit — challenging, never cookie-cutter, and every coach brings their own vibe. They’re all about form, progress, and helping you push past your comfort zone. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident.

And don’t even get me started on Sweat — it’s the most fun (and effective) cardio you’ll ever do. Think: 30 minutes of pure energy, lights, music, and major calorie burn. Perfect for anyone (like me — retired runner here) who wants low-impact cardio that still hits hard.

But what really sets S2 apart is the community. Everyone cheers each other on, no ego, just good vibes and motivation all around.

Finding S2 made settling into a new city so much easier — it’s become my happy place. ✨

I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in Lagree! From the moment I walked in, the instructor and front desk were so kind and welcoming. Ali (the instructor) was upbeat and had an energetic vibe. She gave great cues and emphasized form in a way that made it easy for a beginner like me to follow along, while still keeping the class flowing with smooth transitions between movements.

The studio itself is absolutely beautiful, modern, and spotless. I loved that the showers were stocked with OUAI products. They also have a selection of drinks and merchandise available for purchase, which adds to the experience.

Overall, everything from the instruction to the studio amenities made my first Lagree class such a positive and motivating experience. Can’t wait to come back while I am visiting again. They even made me a handwritten note!

This was my first time ever doing a pilates workout, and Amanda couldn't have been more patient and informative. She explained the movements and positions in a way I could understand and keep up with the rest of the class. Amanda helped put a positive image of pilates in my mind. I’ve been going to Sweat classes for 3 months and I just wanted to say how amazed I am in my progress, body composition and overall endurance. I’ve have had more muscle and glute growth in these 3 months than I’ve had 6 months of weight training! 🤯 Yes, IT IS HARD. But I remember when I first started they told me it just takes 3 classes- and it is true because each time your body adapts and gets better. And sometimes I have no energy to go but then when I get it done I’m so glad and proud that I did it. The instructors are so fun too! I’m so happy that S2 exists! 😊

Sweat really gets you sweating and is high energy. I picked S2 for my workouts a year ago because it is low impact on my knees and there is no jumping and landing.

Y’ALL COME TO S2!!!! This year I wanted to prioritize my health and getting stronger in my body. After some research I really wanted to try Pilates and honestly I’m never looking back. Everyone at S2 is incredible—the coaches are SO motivating and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the number of classes offered to fit anyone’s schedule. It can be intimidating to try something new but I always feel so comfortable in class. I just finished my 25th class at S2 and I feel so good in my own skin. I can’t wait to see how I’m feeling after another 25!! If you’re curious/on the fence give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. It’s become such a staple in my routine and I just love it here 😭🫶🏼

As a fitness instructor who loves Lagree, this studio was the closest thing I could find in this area, so I’ve been super excited to give it a try.

For my first class, I arrived one minute late and the front desk associate let me in, but once I told her I was new, she said I could no longer enter even though others were allowed. I was then told that this was company policy, which I would understand if this information was ever disclosed to me. I didn’t receive any email, text message, or notification that this was a requirement for new members. The front desk associate acknowledged that this was their fault but did nothing about it.

Their reasoning later on was that my phone number wasn’t on file, which is not a requirement when signing up. They do have my email and the only email I received when signing up was to tell me to download their app.

Driving over 30 minutes for a 7 AM class to not be allowed in is extremely upsetting, and as someone who works at a fitness studio myself, this is a really interesting way to operate. Maybe I shouldn’t have mentioned that I was new because the front desk associate didn’t even realize that on her own and allowed me in.

The owner did respond to me but the response was not helpful because she refused to do anything except offer a free credit, which is meaningless and almost insulting when I’ve already wasted money on a two-week trial. You’re the owner yet you’re telling me you can’t simply refund me for a bad experience? That’s wild.

Unfortunately, I was looking forward to this becoming my regular studio after the trial but I won’t be returning. Prioritizing policies (that weren’t even disclosed) over client relationships is not a good way to run a successful business. I’m sure everyone else knows that.

S2 is an incredibly welcoming, fun, and challenging (in the best way) studio! I was nervous for my first class but the instructors are all so nice and ensure that you will have a great experience. SCULPT focuses on slow movements but don’t let that trick you- you will be shaking by the end of class. Afterwards you will feel so accomplished! It also stretches your body out at the same time. When I take sculpt in the morning it energizes and surprisingly relaxes me for my day ahead. SWEAT classes are equally challenging but in a fast paced cardio setting, not really not climbing and not cycling but somehow a combination of them. Imagine a vertical elliptical. Honestly I wasn’t too sure about sweat at first because I heard it was really hard, and it definitely is hard, but not as bad as I expected. It’s so good for burning calories and it’s much easier on the ligaments than running. I recently ran the Austin half marathon and had pretty bad runners knee, but sweat hasn’t irritated it or made it worse! If anything I’ve really noticed my knee is stronger after taking a few sculpt and sweat classes. I highly recommend giving S2 a chance if you’re thinking about it. The hardest part is showing up! Once you do, you won’t regret it.

I wish I knew about S2 studio sooner! This studio exceeds expectations in all categories (fitness, staff, facilities, location). They offer both CARDIO and STRENGTH/STRETCH with their Sweat and Sculpt classes. On top of that they offer different levels for each class so you can continuously challenge yourself. The facility is super clean and makes you feel like royalty with thoughtful amenities, high quality equipment, and fun retail. The instructors are energetic, motivating and approachable. I am a big fan of Molly's Sweat sessions, so you're in for a treat if you sign-up for her class. Looking forward to incorporating S2 as part of my lifestyle.

I usually lift weights and since coming to sculpt at S2 I have noticed an increase improvement with my balance and strength. Which has helped me overall improve my mobility within the gym. I would say it’s definitely worth the investment if you’re willing to challenge your body in a different way you’re not used to.

I came to S2 from a friend’s recommendation after knee surgery, and I am OBSESSED! All of the coaches have been so knowledgeable in helping me get my strength back while still pushing me. As a runner/triathlete I'm always looking for new ways to train my body. I've always heard about what a great workout Pilates is so I wanted to give it a try. I also figured that as a guy, l'd be one of or the only guy in the room and I was a little concerned about feeling out of place.

Well, let me tell you that wasn't the case at all! I was greeted at the door and as a newbie, instructor Raven gave me an overview of the machine before class.
And what a great class! It was easy to get in the groove and follow along, thanks to Raven and a class filled with experienced practitioners, while being a challenging (but body working) 45 minute upper and lower body workout!

I was so appreciative that after class Raven sat and asked about how the class felt/went, handed me this card and told me all about S2 and the other classes they offer.

Such a pretty, clean, welcoming space too. Now I just have to figure out what package to buy moving forward! Can't recommend this place enough!

The trainer's at S2 are pros at their craft. The SCULPT (Pilates) classes are challenging, yet the trainers always offer modifications and lots of motivation. A few of my fav trainers - Pia, Victoria, Amanda, Haley and Raven, but you can’t go wrong with anyone. The Xformer itself is versatile and ergonomically better for my wrists and form. Many options for better hand placement on the carriage and platform. The high bars are at a slant offering comfort and padding/ grip. Before using the Xformer my wrists would always ache all the time, but at S2 I feel nothing but strong and challenged.

Huge bonus - the SWEAT (VersaClimber) classes are always a banger!!!! Pia, Mollie, Maddie and Trevor are some of my fav Sweat Trainers! You will be pushed to your limit and leave every class sweaty & wanting more. There is nothing better than S2 hands down! It’s clean, modern and such a positive vibe!

I’ve completed about 11 classes at S2 Fitness so far and definitely plan to do more! Both the sweat and sculpt classes are so much fun! I’ve loved all the coaches I’ve taken the classes with so far. As of today, I have completed 8 sculpt classes at S2 Fitness, and I genuinely feel transformed and more energetic. I love starting my day with the morning studio classes here. The instructors I have met so far have all been amazing, consistently bringing positive energy into the workout spaces. Remarkably, I started seeing results in my body within just one week of being consistent! This was my first time ever trying Pilates, and I can confidently rate my experience a perfect 5/5 since day one. I highly recommend S2 Fitness to anyone looking to enhance their fitness and overall well-being.

Showed up to this class 1 min late in stormy weather and they did not allow me to attend which I understood because it was my first time. So I waited to see if I could join the next class, and they were inflexible, did not let me attend because I booked using classpass.
So I wont recommend this place for classpassers. Might be a great class but I will never find out because I dont plan on ever booking again.

Update: I hardly ever give business 1 star reviews, as a local guide I have written plenty. and always try to support small businesses. The owners response just confirms my initial review. Very robotic(she literally copied and pasted response from another negative review). This was a 6:15am class.. in the middle of a hail storm zero empathy shown, she literally just read out her rules to us. Based on her attitude I can’t imagine being in a fitness class with her after that treatment.

My experience today was extremely disappointing. After driving through heavy rain and hail, I arrived only to be told I couldn’t attend the session because I was one minute late, which I understand as a first timer. So I waited till the session was over to speak with the owner. When I asked to join the next session, she suggested I rebook so I could be charged twice. The owner displayed poor customer service through her tone and the way she addressed me. As a fellow business owner, I understand and value my customers, but it was clear from her tone, body language, and mannerisms that she was not interested in accommodating someone who didn’t fit the "skinny girl" aesthetic. As a free spirit and avid ClassPass user, I will never attend this facility again. They seem eager to push their memberships aggressively. To my fellow ClassPass users and non-skinny individuals, this is not an inclusive or flexible environment for you. I hope the owner works on her delivery and customer service skills, as her other clients could clearly hear how she addressed me.

I've been going to S2 since they first opened in December and I have to say I was initially very nervous about starting because it was all very new territory for me.

However, from the initial class I felt the warmth and encouragement from everyone in the studio, they really do try and take the time to get to know you personally and are so patient in class. One thing I really appreciate is how they prioritize making sure each student is in the correct form.

Pia and Trevor are amazing owners who try and make the studio feel like a family environment and make every person feel like they are in a safe and supportive space. I've been going to S2 Fitness since January, and I really like it. The place is very clean and welcoming. Coach Pia (the owner) explained the different sessions and helped me get out of my initial nerves. Coach Trevor is super nice and supportive. The workouts, especially in sculpt sessions, keep things interesting with daily changes for different body areas. Sweat session is more focused towards cardio. I personally like my sculpt sessions with Coach Pia and Coach Hailey. All coaches are very encouraging and I can already feel getting better in the sessions and my muscles becoming stronger.

S2 Fitness Studio is everything! I came to visit family and was looking for a workout class I would genuinely enjoy. I went to S2 and was blown away. The young lady working the front desk was so kind and eager to answer any questions I had! From there, Molly was able to show me and 5 other new people how to use the Sweat machine. Molly turned the workout ALL THE WAY UP! She kept us BEYOND motivated and hype the entire 30 minutes. Class concluded with a cold towel, a first time complimentary water, and hand written card thanking me for coming.

I started doing Pilates over a decade ago and really loved it. I stopped doing Pilates around 2007. I found S2 Fitness Studio around the corner from my house in December. I inquired and took about three weeks of classes so far. I love how encouraging and motivated all the instructors are, I feel seen in what I can do and what adjustments I can make in the class for my overweight body. They have helped me find my core connection again, where I lift properly when going up and down my stairs. I have noticed a change when walking my dog, where my knees are relaxed, and my posture is better. These instructors are not judgmental and offer positive reinforcement. As someone who has practiced the Sculpt & Sweat methods for the past few years, I can confidently tell you it is not JUST about having two fool proof methods for improving mental and physical fitness; The person behind the microphone will make or break your experience. The owner of this studio, Pia, who at first may seem intimidating due to her relentless demand for greatness from her clients, is hands down the best instructor I have ever worked alongside, trained under, and studied with. I envy her future clientele who will regularly be able to work not only with her but with the team of instructors she will mold into being some of the best in the country.
