I’m new to yoga and was looking for a studio that felt supportive. Sacred Soul Yoga is exactly that! The classes are small (~10 people), but you don’t get singled out. Each instructor I’ve had has been knowledgeable and gentle. You can tell they truly love what they do and want to share the benefits of yoga with everyone who walks in the door.

I appreciate that I’m guided on my form when needed, but still encouraged to listen to my body without judgment. It’s a place I genuinely look forward to showing up exactly as I am.

Membership prices are very reasonable, especially considering the wide range of class times — morning & evening, seven days a week — so it’s easy to fit practice into my schedule. The monthly workshops are a unique bonus and a lot of fun!

If you’re looking for a relaxed, welcoming, and professional studio with amazing people, I highly recommend Sacred Soul Yoga!

This studio is an absolute gem. I've been attending classes for several years, and each class brings so much joy. Very small studio with teacher that aren't proficient. They're very sweet but this isn't a studio for anyone trying to advance their practice. It's more for people that do yoga occasionally.

I joined the Hatha yoga class with Kati and it exceeded my expectations. I feel like I had a deep tissue massage afterward and I was so relaxed. I will be back.

GREAT classes, wonderfully structured and complete instruction, and a great “vib” to Visiting friends in North Richland Hills and wanted to continue my yoga classes. They have a great short term pass for any class in a two week period which works perfectly for out of town visitors.

I love the smaller more intimate setting of this studio. There are a good variety of types of classes and difficulties and the instructors are all very welcoming. They also do a good job of keeping the class socially distanced through markers on the floor. I would definitely recommend Sacred Soul to anyone looking to add a little more movement and self care into their life, especially in the current atmosphere.

I just started at this studio and it's a smaller for intimate setting. Everyone has been really warm and welcoming. I've been to several different types including gentle, Yen Yoga, Yoga Flow and Vinyasa. All the teachers were very good and I feel inspired to keep up my practice! Namaste, Angie

Sacred Soul is a very peaceful yoga studio! The energy is non competitive, and my experience here has been positive every time. They also have aerial classes which is a huge plus in the area it is located. I love Margie’s classes, they are wonderful! She has such a supportive nature and teaching style. I definitely recommend the studio and her!

The few times we were able to go were good. But nothing great. It probably could have been more challenging but my wife and I were the youngest ones there by a long shot. I can only assume the classes are tailored for the majority of the participants.

We purchased their $25 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes and thought it would be a good time to check it out. We both have very busy schedules and so we were only able to make it out a handful of times to take advantage of this deal.

Well- unfortunately, half of the times we made the drive to the studio, the class was cancelled without notice and there was no back up instructor. All we were greeted with was a sloppy hand written note taped to the door. Prior to writing this review, I emailed the owner and informed them of our situation. I asked to have our 2 week pass extended to make up for the cancelations.

2 weeks later and we still have yet to hear back from anyone at scared Soul. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Save your money and look up some yoga instructors on YouTube for FREE who won’t cancel on you without notice.

Finally!! A true yoga studio right here in Hurst, yay!! What a serene setting, so comfy. The actual room of practice is quite spacious with beautiful wooden floors(no mirrors is a major plus!!). Ive been going here for about a week now and I already love it. My favorite class so far is the restorative yoga class. I work nights and this has been a major plus for me and my production. The instructor here helps me feel so relaxed too. I've noticed its kind of hard to find that these days. This place gets my 5 stars any day of the week..... Namaste.
