My daughter's goal (see what I did there!) was to commit to playing soccer in college. Every critique from coaches was for her to improve her speed and explosiveness. Enter Coach Bryson at Sacrifice Training. He truly knows his stuff! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and effective, he somehow made the training fun. Yes, my daughter looked forward to her training, in the Texas heat, in July! Coach Bryson made her sessions enjoyable with his chill vibe (my daughter's words) and good-natured sense of humor. He made her laugh through the pain. LOL! After every session, she was pumped and confident! My daughter ended up receiving a lot of great college offers to play soccer, and she committed to her dream school! The facility was clean, and the coaches and other members were very friendly, making you feel right at home! You can tell the coaches really enjoy what they do. Coach Bryson is an excellent communicator, very organized, and did his best to work with our crazy schedule. THANK YOU, Coach Bryson, for running a great gym and training program. I highly recommend booking an eval. Let Coach Bryson take you to the next level. He absolutely did with my athlete!

Bryson's staff are professional, encouraging, motivating, and if you consistently show up, they will coach you to getting results with OlyFit.
I did a three day free trial the week of Thanksgiving, started as a member in December, and roughly two months in I've added six pounds of lean muscle and lost over 6% body fat (I've not seriously weight trained before so I know that those two trends don't usually happen at the same time for experienced lifters). I'm a beginner and never felt intimidated by the classes.
There's a diversity of ages and levels of fitness in the co-ed classes but everyone encourages each other and is welcoming and encouraging to newcomers.
The workouts change every day but on strength days there are a lot of Olympic movement barbell lifts and a ton of other stuff that has pushed me to be consistently comfortably uncomfortable. I also end up pushing myself harder than I would training at home or with a video class on the metabolic conditioning days.
I love it and I'm getting results fast just by showing up 4-5 times a week. During the early 2023 ice storm, I was missing out on my classes so much and couldn't wait to get back.
I'm sleeping earlier, sleeping better, eating cleaner, and waking up at 5:30am to get to a 6am class, which I thought I'd never do. My posture is better too.
Eric, Aliah, Devyn, and Traci each take the time to get to know you and continue to welcome you when you come in. It's a supportive environment and the trainers come up with modified routines for those who have injuries or other physical limitations.
You are encouraged to start as light as you need and work your way up. There are people lifting light weights or just the bar and nobody smirks or judges (as far as I can see!). I started light, am still very much a beginner, and I feel welcome at every class.
I know most of the others in the classes because there are three per day so you see a lot of the same faces after going for a couple weeks.

I trained with Eric for the entire summer when it was too hot for me to do my regular running outside.
He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I looked forward to every session, and I came away from each one feeling like I'd made great progress. I feel like I'm going to have a great running season this fall and winter because of the training, and I plan on coming back again next summer.

This is unlike any gym I have been to. Traci is a great coach and I recommend her for anyone in any fitness level. Everyone is friendly and this place just feels like a family. I was hesitant about going to a gym, after doing all my workouts from home but I'm glad I picked this one!

If you are looking to get in better shape (mind & body), get faster, be a better athlete or just improve your overall strength/conditioning, this is the place for you. I had gone through a pretty significant weight loss journey before stepping foot into Sacrifice Training. I drove by the gym for a couple YEARS and thought, next week I'll call or go in. Next week finally came after two years, and I got to train with Coach Traci Young. I was not a fan of typical commercial gyms and was apprehensive. Not only has Traci's training been wonderful for me mentally, I am physically stronger and able to do things I hadn't been able to do in 20 years, when I was a teenager. Traci is encouraging, kind, tough (in the best coaching aspects), and keeps me accountable. As a former D1 college athlete and teacher, she understands my goals better than anyone, and we work towards them week in and week out. Everything about this gym is a team mentality.
What sets this gym apart? The ethos that runs through this place, the owner and trainers lead by EXAMPLE. Everyone here is a leader, a mentor, and a coach. I can't recommend this place enough, no matter your age or sport. You will be better mentally & physically, and have all the tools you need to feel confident and strong!

Their Olyfit program is well made.
1. M, W, F- Each day, focusing on different muscle groups, and professional trainers correct your form so that you can gain muscles quick and safely
2. TUE,THU- Conditioning class. I am not athletic or know much about this field. I describe these days classes is HIT trainnings? Mix of light weight lifting with cardio.
Even though I have a home gym, I have motivation problem; after long day work just want to seat around. I am so happy that this top quality gym is near my house.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable trainers. I had never lifted weights before and was intimidated going in, but they walked me every step of the way and continue to support me every day. It was very important to me to find a place that teaches good form, respects my pace, and challenges me. This is it! I like their OlyFit class. The group is fun and supportive. The class is offered at 3 different times every day, so I can easily attend one, even when my schedule changes.

My daughter had surgery in March for her ACL. Sacrifice training was the best referral for us. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. My daughter trains under Haley. Haley works with her Physical therapist to know what muscles to focus on and to know any limitations my daughter may have. I love how Haley pays great attention to detail and form and comes up with the best workouts to help her. She has also helped with tips to maintain her diet plan to gain weight. We drive 45 minutes and itβs well worth the drive. We look forward to my daughter returning to the courts with Haley and sacrifice training by her side.

After being with Sacrifice Training for three years, I would definitely recommend their business to others. Its a community within the four walls of the building as the trainers push, encourage, and build relationships with each client. I trained with Haley during my time there and she was unbelievably amazing at her job. Thanks to the trainers: Eric, Bryson, & Hailey I am feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident. The training, guidance, and diet plan helped me achieve my 6 week fitness challenge! I lost 23 pounds. I was a beginner with no weight training experience. The trainers did an excellent job of making sure I learned how to properly and safely use the equipment and perform the exercises. It doesnβt matter your experience or fitness level, the trainers are able to meet you where you are and help build you up. I highly recommend sacrife training!

I had a chance to get to know Bryson (owner) and learn more about Sacrifice Training. Bryson and his team are true professional athletes passionate in performance training. They have special programs for both youth and adults. They even have their own football field for training. Their OLYFIT training program is one of the best programs I have seen. I've had such an amazingly positive experience at this facility! The trainers push you to do your best, and they are extremely supportive, and positive every step of the way.
