Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. In the nine months I’ve been here, I’ve seen tremendous progress, both physically and mentally. Aubrey is an incredible motivator and coach who truly knows how to push you while keeping workouts fun and challenging. I actually look forward to my weekly sessions, which I never thought I’d say about working out. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend!

When I started my weight loss journey, I was so lost, confused and had zero confidence in myself but when I discovered SASC and started going to gym sessions, that completely 360’d everything. In the short amount of time I was there, I was doing things that i didn’t think i could ever do and got out of my comfort zone. If you are struggling to find a gym and need a way to get out of that comfort zone this is the place for you. Aubrey is hands down the best coach and I cannot thank you enough, I am truly grateful that I found SASC. ❤️🤘💪

I have been a member of San Angelo Strength and Conditioning for 3 years now. I began by attending personal training sessions. During my first session, it became clear that Coach Aubrey was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She was also very kind, and I never once felt judged or pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable with. During all subsequent sessions, she catered the workouts to my needs and even helped improve my mobility, my wrist mobility in specific before and after surgery (I had bilateral ganglion cysts removed). If a particular exercise was beyond my capability or mobility, she would immediately reassess and adapt to what was.
After 2 years of personal training, I slowly (and with Coach A's encouragement) transitioned to group classes. Immediately, it became clear that the same attentiveness she provided in personal training sessions was given to these group classes. Somehow, Coach A manages to divide her attention between all attending members (ranging from 4-7 people at a time or more), providing guidance and encouragement to all. Though she can be stern when need be, but she is cool about it and often approaches these situations with humor.
That said, she truly has created a very supportive, friendly, and encouraging environment, which is made clear by how she interacts with all gym members and how they (the ones I have come across and worked out with) regard her.
I would be remiss if I did not mention how much she cares for the success of all gym members. She goes above and beyond, and it is clear she loves what she does. She is also constantly striving to expand her knowledge and expertise.
After 3 years, I wholeheartedly recommend San Angelo Strength and Conditioning. It is an excellent gym where the owner has fostered, truly, a very wonderful community for people of all ages and varying fitness goals.

My son has been attending Aubrey’s youth classes for about a year and a half now. He wanted to get physically prepared for 7 grade athletics and Aubrey has been able to challenge him and push him to become a stronger and better athlete.
After seeing how much Gavin enjoyed SASC, I decided to join an 8 week challenge last spring. I had always done cardio based workouts but I was ready for a change and wanted to get comfortable lifting weights. I have been hooked ever since.

I absolutely love this gym and Coach Aubrey! She’s very knowledgeable and is super friendly! I like that the classes offered are small so that she’s able to give more one on one. I currently am doing open gym which I love! All my workouts are posted to an app, if I have questions all I have to do is message through the app and she reply’s quickly.

I’ve been with Aubrey since 2015 and she’s helped me stay strong and fit through two pregnancies. I honestly would have just sat around all day during my pregnancies but she makes working out a breeze and really helps you listen to your body. Our gym community is amazing and everyone is so welcoming even the people who just want to work out alone. If you’ve been wanting a small group setting or even a personal trainer that has all the right equipment come see Aubrey!! She is more than qualified and still works on certifications just so she can accommodate a wide range of clients.
SASC has made me love working out and has giving me confidence in my weight loss journey!

This gym is great! When I joined SASC, it had been at least a year since I’ve been to any gym and worked out. So naturally going to a gym not knowing where to start was something that intimidated me. Coach Aubrey made me feel comfortable as a beginner in the gym. Everyone here is very welcoming!

As a longtime member, it would be impossible for me to describe how much I love San Angelo Strength and Conditioning. Coach Aubrey has been an integral, passionate, and amazing part of my life for nearly a decade. I first met her in 2015 when I was ten years old. Our parents were constantly on the lookout for family-oriented gym locations that could help us become better athletes. It was not long before we finally discovered Aubrey. We loved that she enforced science-backed training and discipline in a way that was friendly and supportive. Her natural enthusiasm and encouragement made her seem like a friend and a coach. Today, I am able to train my body comfortably and make invaluable fitness progress despite having faced multiple hamstring injuries during high school. All in all, I cannot recommend San Angelo Strength and Conditioning enough and I am so proud to have Aubrey as my coach.

I LOVE THIS GYM!!! I’ve been going here for about 6 months and I’ve made crazy progress, coach Aubrey really knows her stuff and has helped me improve in every aspect. I’ve been coming to this gym for a year and a half and I’ve come a long way from when I started. I’ve lost 20 lbs, hit several knew PR’s, I feel healthier than I ever have, and I’ve picked up several healthy habits being here. You can talk to Aubrey about problems you may be having or pain you’re experiencing and you can tell she knows what she’s talking about when she explains why it may be hurting and how to fix it. I have a damaged leg and I’ve seen more progress in the year and a half that I’ve been here than the 9 previous years going through physical therapy anywhere else.

I have been to plenty of gyms around the country doing anything from CrossFit, calisthenics or typical ‘bro’ programs and let me tell ya, you will never find a gym like this one. From the beginning I was welcomed into the SASC family by Aubrey and her clients. All I was looking for was a place to work out and get stronger but what I ended up finding were some of the most awesome people I have ever met! They would continuously challenge me to push harder and harder day in and day out. There was never a day where I left feeling unaccomplished. Each day I left the gym a little stronger than I was before and even a little more flexible thanks to those simple yet difficult mobility classes (which you should definitely be going to). Aubrey has so much knowledge, expertise and straight up passion for what she does you cannot go wrong choosing her to help you achieve your goals. I just wish there were more places like this around.

I was only able to workout here for a few weeks but felt right at home. Aubrey has some great workouts and is very helpful with making sure you're using good form and getting the most out of your workout. I personally miss this gym and would highly recommend SASC to anyone in San Angelo!

This gym is THE BEST! Coach Aubrey is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The small group training is great because it is a class atmosphere and we get to know each other, but we also get one-on-one attention from Coach Aubrey and she gets to know each of us. We have the most fun!

The coach is very knowledgeable and attentive. The programming is for all ages! My 11year old son looks forwards to his sessions ever week! His endurance has increased since he has been training at SASC thanks to Coach Aubrey's programming. I love the small group training classes that she offers. It is almost like having a personal trainer! It's a great place to workout and I love it there!!
