This gym was recommended to me for classes for my daughter by a friend when my daughter was 4 and she didn't really love gymnastics or dance. They convinced me to join their littlest team, and now this is her 5th season on a team and first on All-Star! My daughter could not be happier. The community is unparalleled.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole the owner and it has been an amazing experience. She is a true expert and professional. She really knows how to connect with the kids and pushes them to be great. I would recommend San Antonio Spirit anytime as long as Nicole is involved.

I am very disappointed with my SA Spirit experience. First off, I was not notified when my daughter’s class was dropped/discontinued despite paying for it. I then dropped off my daughter for her scheduled class only to be called asking why is my daughter here. So then, I was given makeup tokens. Next, I was approved for a makeup class only to realize their is a Back to School break. The classes expire within a three month session, so I don’t even have enough time to do make ups. I was told to call in on a day I want to get my daughter in for two makeup classes from a dropped class. I’m having to rearrange all our schedules to find a class for my daughter that she was dropped from?? I found the experience to be very disorganized, unprofessional and frustrating. Unfortunately, there is no sitting area for parents to watch their child. Lastly, my daughters loved their instructors and that is the silver lining.

Highly recommend this place. Everyone is super sweet and always happy. My daughters first season there and she loved it. She's now doing their hip hop classes. They offer it all and you won't regret it.

Everyone of the coaches are amazing! They treat all athletes with kindness and really encourage them to succeed. We couldn't be any happier! They helped my oldest daughter improve her technical abilities in tumbling. They have good morals and values and the overall moral is always upbeat and energetic. We recommend this program to all athletes, beginners and advance. Cant wait for my youngest to turn three so she can take part in the fun!

As a military family, it can be tough to find a niche for your child as you move around, but I can absolutely say that we have been welcomed into the SA Spirit family with open arms. My daughter has grown exponentially as an athlete during our time here. The coaches have truly invested in her success as an athlete and her growth as an individual, and it shows. My 4 year old joined SA Spirit in May 2020. We were apprehensive about joining a gym during the pandemic but Nicole & her staff of PROFESSIONAL coaches have done an excellent job of maintaining safety protocols & procedures. My daughter's coordination, confidence, attention skills & spirit of teamwork all have improved tremendously in the 6 months she has been attending. This gym and their coaches are a class act! I cannot say enough good things about San Antonio Spirit. I have a daughter who does all-star cheer here and an older daughter who did tumbling here while doing high-school cheer. I can say that out of many options in S.A. this is a top tier gym! Along with great technique coaching they also take pride in teaching philanthropy within our community, accountability and pride. I would not take my kids anywhere else! Great job Nicole and staff!

Brought my daughter to visit and they welcomed her with open arms making her feel like she was already a part of their gym. It takes quite a bit for her to adjust to new adults, but their warm welcome instantly warmed her up and made her trust them. I can't wait to go back for classes.

Ok so we paid about 250.00 for her to tryout for the cheer team while also actively paying for tumbling classes. Excessive fee, but ok I was dumb and paid it. We tell them 30+ days before tryouts that she would not be doing it. Fee was non-refundable, but again I knew that and took my loss. Up front you have to pay first and last months tuition plus a yearly fee. We decide to cancel after a few months of tumbling. I give them 30 days notice and figured my last month that was already paid would be applied to that last month. Oh no, trying to get more money from you they say oh well this 30 days you have to pay and then your last month will be applied to your next 30 days based on when you called blah blah. So really they want 60 days notice but they don't tell you that when you sign up. So I said nope not doing this. I let them have the last month that I paid up front but I wasn't paying for another month. They then have the nerve to call me months later trying to collect another 70. I should have told them to take it out of my 250 they kept for tryouts we didn't attend. I'm not a new cheer mom. I know its an expensive sport but my child was not even on this team.
