Sarah is awesome. It was my first time ever working out, and she was super helpful and patient with me. She's always there for you if you have any question, day or night. Also, she provides with a nutrition plan based on your body and your goals. Hands down the best fitness instructor ever!

Absolutely love Sarah! Her workouts have helped me become stronger and energize me to keep reaching for my goal. She is encouraging and helps you realize you can do something that you previously thought was impossible. She pushes you but also knows when you’ve “tanked” and then she’ll modify the workout for you. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to change your fitness level.

When I first started my fitness journey, I was looking for someone that will push me and set realistic goals to get fit. Sarah did all those, I went in with a mentality of "I don't want to lose weight I want to get tone" she made me realize that in order to build muscle you lose some to gain some. She pushed me to potential without over-burning and pushed my mentality to "one more". She creates a program to target areas you are wanting to work on and holds you to it. I highly recommend her to anyone trying to start a fitness journey.

During my training with Sarah Jane, she really pushed me and when a movement was a bit too intense for me she adjusted each work out to my skill level. She was a wonderful trainer and became someone who not only pulled out the best version of myself but she also showed me that I am capable of reaching any goal I put my mind and heart into; her dedication is beyond anything I have ever experienced and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a positive force on their fitness journey.

I went to Sarah because I needed a trainer. I had no idea how intensely she would change my life. She’s really down for earth and realistic. She takes the time to organize personalized workouts that fits around you and your lifestyle. She’s also very genuine and wants to do life with you. Like her workouts, she’s always there with you every step of the way! She’s dependable and professional! I highly recommend her to all who are in need of a change in pace!
